The experience with the hotel was fabulous, it just took a while to register the biometrics to access the common areas and parking, other than that the hotel service is good.
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything! The cleaning is also very good.
Now what I would like to leave as a warning is the terrible service in the hotel parking lot, it is a third-party company that takes care of it, totally unprepared, uneducated staff who should not be working with people, especially a gentleman who stayed in the early hours of February 20th to February 21st - extremely rude and aggressive, a person like that should never be working with people.

Extremely noisy, both due to an old air conditioner and the 24-hour noise from Avenida 23 de Maio. Never again. Horrible bed. Extremely cramped.
