The hotel is quite cosy, however I booked for a queen room and was given a double room. When I brought it to their attention they said that all the rooms are the same size. I showed them the pictures from the site that I had booked from, and they said they don’t have any of those rooms. Nobody speaks English, not even basic English. There was no one that helped me with my bags. There are not many restaurants or bars close by. The touristy places are not far though all about 8-10km driving distance.

It close to the subway station easy to locate. Great breakfast. It is not in commercial area.Compct room as no table, chair, work station, wardrobe or open windows. I had to open my bag on the floor creating lots of clutter on the ground despitebeinga solo traveler. If you are a couple, don'tbook this hotel. . No cross ventilation. No cafes around. I won't stay here again.

The staff offered excellent services at check-in,daily maintenance. The front desk helped us greatly when one college forgot the passport. However, alarm setting at my room is terrible. I was awaked by the alarm 3 times during this 11 nights stay.

It's located in the heart of the city and is close to a subway station and a bus stop. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

24-hour reception. The hotel is located in a fairly safe area.
There is no drinking water in the rooms, you can only buy it for about 2 dollars.

Excellent stay, very polite staff, excellent cleanliness and very good room, breakfast doesn't have many options but is great. Only the hotel entrance is very hidden.

I was put in a room that was not the one I had bought... my room was too big for TWO people.
They put me in a room for a physically challenged person and said that there was no way to change me, that it was a TRIP problem.
The low bed was hard and small.
When I arrived they wanted to charge me 56 reales for my wife's accommodation. I had already bought a room for TWO with TWO morning coffees.
My wife was taking a bath and a terrible alarm sounded inside the room and in the hallways. I asked and they said that they were smoking inside another room. My wife and I do not smoke. I am just praying for morning to come and get out of here.
My experience so far has not been good.
As for cleanliness, the room is clean. There is no closet.

Terrible. Receptionist Mr. Mauricio was indifferent to a problem with my reservation. When I presented the trip.com voucher, he simply replied "contact the agency", this was at 10:00 pm. I will never stay at this place again because of this situation.
