Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection by Hilton

Very nice business trip in this hotel

I stayed here for 1.5 nights for business. I found it on google and since it was in a relatively safe area and part of the Hilton Group, I decided to go for it. Pros: -Excellent service. All the staff here is very friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to the cool, tall, bald headed tattoo valet guy. -Good Brazilian BBQ restaurant on ground level called Dinho’s -Fast and reliable WIFI. Not once did it ever cut out. -Smart TV with Netflix and other apps. Good TV selections with English speaking channels. -Good location: you should probably still exercise caution, but many people walking around including school-aged kids. There is a nice indoor mall with a grocery store, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. all within a 5 minute walk. Cons: -Room felt a little crammed and some awkward designing -Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan -Walls are thin as you can hear people talking in hallway/doors closing. Be sure to bring ear plugs. The front desk allowed me to do a late check out without issue so I was very appreciative about that. If I visit again, I would be happy to stay at this hotel.

I loved almost everything about staying here. I came alone for 6 days for Reveillon aka New Years Eve. I was able to check in super early, around 10 am with no problems. I also requested a late checkout and they kindly provided that. It was walkable to everything on Paulista and easy to get Ubers and Taxis anywhere else. Would definitely stay again. Front desk staff was great! If only they could help more than one person at a time haha. The manager was so helpful and helped me file s police report. The door to my room wasn’t locking when shut snd they replaced it immediately. The lights and all electronics in the room can be controlled on your phone. I had a corner room either great views. The room service was great and fast, get the arancini. Loved the proximity to the Shopping Patio mall, with the movie theater and more food options. I wish the water temperature had gotten a bit hotter. The room slippers were custom and SO soft, and so was the robe. The lobby and room were GORGEOUS. Definitely five star in that regard. I even used the rooftop pool late at night while it was raining. The pool was heated 🥹 I did pay for daily breakfast but I only ate there once because I didn’t like the selection and the table service wasn’t good (I think others around me might have had a better experience). Would have liked more egg based options. You get room service and turn down service as well. I kept staying in the room late but was able to request room service for a little later. Its also right next door to a beautiful cultural park. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Our stay at Qoya was excellent! The room is beautiful and super cozy! The amenities in the suite room are fantastic and the room itself is spacious and comfortable. We would like to point out that the main advantage of the hotel is the staff, super gentle and attentive, especially the Guest Experience team that went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. My special thanks to Ananda and Alice! I’ve also used the spa and I highly recommend the relaxing massage.

Very good stay. Best personalized service I’d ever experienced, provided by Ananda! We were celebrating our first marriage anniversary and everything went very well and peacefully. We really enjoyed. The breakfast was incredible too.
