Hotels near Butantan Institute in Sao Paulo

I go to São Paulo every month for my graduation, among several hotels the go in presented a good cost benefit with fat breakfast and what made me choose to always return to him: maleable. Travel times to return to the bh are always from 20h to 21h p.m., so I booked 1/2 daily to rest and leave the hotel around 19h. This time I came with a companion, who commented that the reception was extremely rude with him when he went pay the half-day. When I asked if, as every other time I could stay a little over time (I paid a day average and would stay 7h) the receptionist refused, said that could not, I asked if I could stay at least until 18:20, The same was extremely rude and said we would stay until 18h and asked what number of the room. While we were in the room a cocktailer hit, asking for us to call at the reception because our time had expired (it was 15h), I had to go down, explain again to the same receptionist saying I paid the half-day, and he was always big. Every month I come to sp and, wearable hotels that allow me to stay 30min to more make every difference since this gives me the greatest safety to get closer to the bus starting time, staying less time on the road, extremly dangerous place.

Positive point: Location, service, room, breakfast, cleaning and organization.Negative point: The hotel has parking, however, I had to pay the daily for the period. At the reception they do not warn on the check-in on this daily charge, only being informed on the check-out. The hotel is not a real Radisson. I know that Radisson has a licensed contract with some hotels, but they are not Radisson - which is a great hotel chain with high standards. The hotel is well located if you will be at berrini region. Breakfast is well served with good options. Rooms are large but pretty basic, nothing really special. I did not like the bathroom: they are pretty old, need some refurbish and illumination is not the best. My problem about the hotel was the service, it is pretty bad. My welcome was ridiculous, I arrive at the hotel at 11am in a Monday. Apparently I was revived by the manager...after doing the checkin he informed me that the room was ready but since the hotel standard checkin is 2pm I would need to pay 50% more on the daily. To me doesn’t make any sense, specially if the room was ready to me...looks like a scam. When I complained saying: it was a good time when hotels offered early checkin for free, he replied ironically in a passive aggressive way: In fact we offer for free but after 12:30pm feel free to wait here and try your luck. My true desire was to walk away...but after 9h flight plus 2h of traffic to get there I just wanted to take a shower. So I accepted. To my surprise, next to me there was a young lady doing checkin without any luggage. She was informed about the same hotel rule, but when protesting the same guy who was attending me said to the other receptionist: just a second that I will release her in the system. It was really shocking... Strangely this girl was alone without luggage but as soon as we entered together in the elevator another guy (without luggage as well) followed her, entering in the room with her. He did not checkin in the hotel by the way. I really don’t want to do any judgement but the whole behavior looks super weird - I just know that I don’t want to be in this kind of hotel. Speaking about service: in the room the cleaning part is not good. It was incredible hot in São Paulo, so one day I left one of my keys inside the room with air conditioner on, the cleaning lady took it off and I kept only with a key. The general experience should be Re-think.

O hotel é muito bom. Consegui fazer um early check in por um preço muito bom. O pessoal do hotel são muito educados e atenciosos. Eu tive uma excelente estadia. Super recomendo. Infrastructure and cleaning, excellent. There is a very good and tasty breakfast. Parking is paid due to the infrastructure of the shopping centre. Perhaps the hotel could have a space inside the parking space to avoid paying the parking days.

It was all right, nothing to complain; I will certainly always come back. niceness, good location, good, quiet and safe environment. The restaurant is not very varied, but we can eat in other places. It is close to the metro, shopping, medical centres, cartridges, etc. ,

The hotel is located near the nicest places in São Paulo. Bars and pubs, markets and the Faria Lima Avenue. The whole apartment was great, bathroom and air conditioner: PERFECT! Breakfast was awesome too, employees were kind and attentive with me. I'd definetely come back. And if I would, It's going to be at Ibis Styles Faria Lima!

The ibis standard room, but a little broader than the conventional. It can be improved by offering a greater selection of channels for example. Good comfort. Laundry offers an excellent service. A simple breakfast, you need to improve a lot, I asked for a omelet and I was denied, a absurd. Imagine paying more than 300 reals and a simple request is not accepted... another simple change that you need to observe, if the guest arrives 2 or 3 hours before check-in and there is room availability offer and not cover half a day, This is a way of pleaseing the client, a courtesy that will be remembered. I did not like that with me, even being platinum All, I prefer to leave to check in after to not pay half a day.

First we arrived, and we saw 1 disgruntled guest because there was one person in their accommodation. I thought it would be something punctual, however when checking in they gave us room 1404 where upon entering there was 1 backpack and 1 jacket from another guest. So there was also 1 guest in our accommodation, we called 3 times and nothing was resolved, finally we went down to the reception to solve the case, because well after about 1 hour we finally managed to enter a room where there was no one, we also noticed the presence of feces in the hygienic shower something that we didn't even point out at the moment because we would only stay 1 day and we were already quite dissatisfied. The experience was not at all pleasant, given that the name ”Bourbon” is synonymous with quality and organization. Unfortunately we went through this poor and mediocre experience. It is quite possible that we will choose another hotel on our next trip to São Paulo.
