Very good. It is also very close to the convention and exhibition center. It is about 40 PNR. The key is that there is a large supermarket opposite. It is very convenient to eat and live. There is a park next to it. It is super super.

An old chain hotel located in the old town of Sao Paulo, close to Paulista Avenue, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel.
The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the corridors are a bit dark, but the lights in the rooms are warm.

It's very close to Avenida Paulista, the heart of Business of Sao Paulo, the only issue is if you going to Avenida Paulista from the hotel it's a bit of exercise as you have to climb a strap Hil, but nicer when climbing down hill, the breakfast is a typical cold Brazilian breakfast, if you love eating healthy then you will love it, as the juice is fresh and fruits. I am more of a traditional English breakfast, the rooms are nice and clean , TV channels are also in English, and next to the hotel there is restaurants to eat, the hotel has full free WiFi, and they have computers if you need to access the internet.

The hotel is very well located, a quarter of the Paulista, with Starbucks almost in front. I found the room very good and spacious. The bathroom seemed old, needing maintenance - the door of the box very hard and strange, the cap of the bath vase. Breakfast is fat and very tasty, it has a leisure area with pool and academy, but I didn't test.

The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels.
There’s a drugstore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).

The room is relatively simple, and the space is limited to development. The light on the computer desk is very dazzling at night and the location is unreasonable, and the bedside switch is a switch. It is very inconvenient to switch the light at the entrance. Once the room light is turned off, the bedside lamp cannot be used. There is room hygiene without telling the front desk that it will not be cleaned and replaced. Yes, the price is still more suitable, that is, there are too many cultural differences on the street at night. It is not suitable for sleeping in the morning and night. GGuest UserAs I have posted here, Renaissance Hotel has been the best choice for staying in São Paulo. The main reason is the service offered for their extraordinary staff. This time, carnival 2023, even after the pandemic of covid, it was not diferent. Since check-in our experience has been the best. The breakfast remains with the same quality and variety. I cant leave to mention the concierge servisse: Jade gave us all attention and assistance posible, always smiling...She gets to antecipate our requirements. We were surprised with a great caress: a cold cuts and cheese plater followed a malbec wine, serviced at the bedroom, for celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Gym is one the most completed We have been, where Marcelo goes to great lengths to be pleasant. There were just some little disturbs provocated by other guests located at the same level, but the staff managed in good manners. In our last night, there was a great performance by a pianist called Francis, at the lobby, closing with gold key our wondeful moments/time.

Great in-person concierge. Attentive, helpful staff. Apartment 401 with delightful balcony, table, chairs, facing the street and views of the tree-lined Pça. The street is a little noisy until midnight. Great quality bed linen and towels. Impeccable cleaning. Great size. Congratulations to the Manager of this unit Charlie.

The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.

GGuest UserIt is not a hotel in fact we have almost no support on the site, we arrived and had to wait until they found the booking, even showing the code. When we went up, we found that there was no edreddom in bed and asked at the reception, but the attendant said that it could not only help in whatsapp, I asked for a cover, a coat something because it was very cold, but they said that there was no way We have been very bad asleep because of the cold. Before sleeping, during the bath, we did not just flood the whole apartment, because the shower was stuck, when we realized it was all wet, check-in and check-out schedules worse than all the other hotels. The only good thing, location, but it doesn't compensate the rest.

VvitorbabrazilI had always been 'dating' this hotel and the opportunity came up to finally stay there as a stopover in São Paulo, it's extremely practical for that: just cross the bridge from Congonhas airport and walk around the block. Rooms are not all in the typical Ibis standard, there are larger rooms for families of four, but they can only be booked on the ALL Accor page. Breakfast during the pandemic is in the reverse system, which means buffet is there but get to be served instead of serving yourself. It's not the best hotel to discover São Paulo as a tourist but very practical for very short visits.

Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h.
Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h.
Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO.
Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

GGuest UserMy story ended with a nightmare of the staff , I had a business trip to the Italian consulate in São Paulo , I chose 360 suites at the booking based in the region , but I didn't imagine the level of place I would be putting me I was stolen in my suite after the assembly , I decided to extend my stay , it was informed that my stay would not be possible in the same suite , Because I had another guest to arrive after my check out , so I made a new booking booking , I had to check out and wait out ( inside the car ) 2 hours to return to a new suite , I forgot my diesel jacket hanged in the closet with the amount of € 350 , because when I told me before the next check in returned to the reception and warned q I left hanged , she called pro cleaners , and informed q nothing was found , falls despair , She spoke about going to the new suite because she was going to communicate with manager , I went up and she called again speaking q nothing was found and delivered , she offered me to go to the suite q I stayed host to look , had nothing , Not another guest as they had said it was a reason I couldn't renew in the same , there I went to make a B.o. But so far no one gave me satisfaction, with my loss , besides I was a victim of deboche for security saying if it was a jacket of Louis Vitton I I can be in despair . To date nothing are like one playing pro responsibilities another !!! What kind of company is it? You are dealing with animals ??? I want a solution I won't rest until it resolves ! Your staff who stole guests should be punished or arrested for a shadow-style crime !!!!!!!!!!
