It is necessary to strengthen the hotel administration that staff without the proper basic training in the check-in system makes the starting experience very frustrating and delayed for the client, without counting the tiredness of a trip of more than 7 hours (in my case) make the delay in receipt seem even more delayed for those who need to rest after hours on the road.
