The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called *******, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought ******* had my back.

Very old looking hotel, furniture that looks dusty, statues of royal guards that look like they are falling down. Room with very old furniture, including sockets and lamps, which even lacked the glass. Spacious bed, but towels too much used. Reception furniture also very old, looking dusty. The reception also had foosball and air game tables, but only the foosball ones worked. There was also a children's slide in the reception, but it was all dirty and it led to a deposit, leaving my daughter's clothes all marked.

The hotel is simple but very well located. Breakfast was good, but the service left much to be desired. I arrived from a trip carrying 1 backpack, 1 suitcase and my daughter on my lap. No one offered help to carry the luggage and even misinformed how to get to my room. I was walking with a lot of weight to one side and to the other, for pure lack of correct information (and his bad will too)

The hotel is in a privileged location, about 300m from Parque das Águas. Very clean and organized. Congratulations to the Hotel staff, especially the night attendant (I forgot his name), very attentive and solicitous. Breakfast is also a plus point. Many diversified. In the street in front, there are many motorbikes and noisy cars. It's quite uncomfortable.
I had no help carrying luggage to the room. I asked for a lamp to read in the room, and I had to get it because there was only one employee at night, who had to stay at the front desk.

Excellent hotel for your proposition, apt. simple but comfortable, satisfying breakfast. Garage with covered spaces. Excellent treatment by the staff. Very nice also for receiving my pet.

Hotel delivers what it promises. Hotel with clean rooms (it was cleaned every day), reasonable size, bathrooms already renovated. Breakfast was good, but nothing extraordinary. The hotel has a great location, close to the boardwalk and the water park, so you can walk to everything, except the train station, but nothing an Uber can't solve. All the people at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The cost benefit is excellent! I recommend!
