Na data 13/02/24, 00:40am, fizemos o check-in nesse hotel que é na nossa cidade. Após um temporal, ficamos sem energia elétrica em casa e precisávamos de um local para passar a noite. Escolhemos esse hotel pela proximidade. O ar condicionado do quarto 509 não gelava de nenhuma forma. De imediato fiz contato com a recepção. Foi comunicado que não tinha muito o que fazer. Pedi se havia possibilidade de trocar de quarto onde o ar estivesse funcionando e foi oferecido. Fomos no 409 testar o ar e advinhem? Mesma situação! Então optamos em ficar no primeiro quarto na esperança de gelar. NADA!!! Eu, esposa e filho passamos calor durante toda madrugada! Frustrante!!!

We had an cancellation of flight in Caxias do Sul, at 16/10/2023, and the airline LATAM, travelled us to Porto Alegre and hosted us at almost 30 km from the airport. We arrived at the hotel, around 21h. there was only one official to allocate about 30 people from a microbus. The company also released the consumption for dinner at Room Service, requests for me and for two more rooms travelling with me. The request was made by us at 21:37. It was a hamburger that arrived at 0h in my room, a soup and a salad that arrived in my sister's room at 1:47 and two sandwiches in another apartment of a friend couple, who received about 1:40 too. We were going out of the hotel at 3 p.m. to get the flight in time, that is, we could not even sleep or eat right. The apartment was good, but the service experience was scary not for the staff who were there, but for the lack of management planning to ensure when they accept such requests, have sufficient staff to meet the demand for peak moments.
