Hotel aconchegante, limpo, ótima estrutura. Cafe da manha com bastante variedade e qualidade nos itens. Recepção atensiosa. Obs: Fiquei no apto.2105 e o ar condicionado somente refrescou o ambiente. A troca das TVs por Smart TV (sugestão)

Cozy, clean hotel, great structure. Breakfast with plenty of variety and quality of items. Attentive reception. Note: I stayed in apt.2105 and the air conditioning only cooled the room. Replacing TVs with Smart TVs (suggestion)

The breakfast was good the bed comfortable and room. The staff were amazing. 

Very clean & efficient. Reasonable rate. Delicious full breakfast, Brazilian style. Location, location, location.

The property is in a very convenient area with all facilities nearby and best connections to the city. 

Excellent hotel. Modern, clean, great service, great lobby bar, easy parking

Comfortable and.conveniently located. Easily accessible from the highway. The hotel restaurant Cassiano is very good.

Bring your own adapter for electric plug.  Hotel did not have any to accomodate a US plug.

Staff was very friendly, great location, easy access to shopping mall (walking).

As we live in São josé dos Campos, my wife and I decided to kick off our Golden Wedding Anniversary festivities at the best hotel in town, the Golden Tulip.   Arriving at he hotel, the reception crew were smiley and courteously, aiming at treating the bride and groom.     We spent a superb night, surrounded by courtesies offered by Mr. Fabricio Felipe, General Manager, aware of the very big date. Champagne in an ice bucket, fine chocolate and strawberries aside, red heart balloons, etc.   The high floor room, facing the banhado, very much comfortable, with all facilities at hand, was the perfect nest for the couple.

In a super clean and modern property we were received as old friends, such was the kindness of the team at the desk. The hotel itself is very well decorated, spacious, comfy and, above all, perfectly located in a mall with many choices among restaurants, shops and a great gym.  The team, as mentioned above, was super kind and professional and made our stay special - they really made the difference. Really good breakfast as well. Keep the good work guys! All in all, it is the best hotel in São José dos Campos. Don’t miss it. Highly recommended.  We will certainly back many times.

I’ll start off by saying, this is the best hotel in São Jose dos Campos. The rooms are clean. Most are nicely updated. Most have a functional AC. I’ve stayed a few times, on some occasions I did need to switch rooms because AC was weak. The service is beyond anything in the rest of the city. There are certain things they are lacking as far as customer service. I’ll warn everyone now, I was robbed while staying at this hotel on one occasion. I was getting my belongings together in the room, when a tech was sent to fix the AC unit. When the tech arrived, I was told I had to leave the room. A small bag with some jewelry was taken. The hotel management did very little to resolve the situation. The breakfast buffet, again is the best of the hotels locally, but it’s not great. The best part about breakfast here in the Nespresso machine.
