A Localização é ótima, atendimento tambem.
Agora o estacionamento é pago 10,00 a diária, coisa que não havia antes.
Poucas tomadas no quarto, apenas 1 na mesa e 1 no banheiro!!!

A very basic hotel near the shopping mall. The room was spacious and the bathroom was compact and clean. There’s a mini fridge but nothing in it you have to buys snacks downstairs or bring your own food even water. They have breakfast but it was very basic just had a cup of coffee and it wasn’t good. For one night it is ok but the bed was hard and they only had 2 small pillows for a king size bed.

Atendimento péssimo e totalmente burocrático. Você pede as coisas na recepção e depois vai esperar no restaurante. Acontece que a recepção passa os dados errados pra cozinha e daí vc não recebe seu pedido. Não tem gerente nem metre pra reclamar. Dao informações desencontradas PÉSSIMO. Se não quiserem passar nervoso não fiquem aqui.

Após as 22h os hóspedes não podem comer em nenhum lugar do hotel, apenas no quarto. Tive que escolher entre comer sentada na escada da entrada do hotel ou deixar o quarto cheirando a comida na hora de dormir. O hotel tbm não possui cinzeiros, os fumantes jogam diversas bitucas de cigarro na rua e na frente do hotel...

O hotel é bem localizado, os quartos espaçosos e a estrutura atendeu minhas expectativas, faltou um restaurante com serviço room service. Minha nota 10 vai para o café da manhã com uma variedade enorme de itens, inclusive para intolerantes a gluten e lactose e tudo feito por eles. Os pães zero gluten sao deliciosos.

Estava numa viagem em família, com criança pequena, fiquei 4 diárias no hotel e em todos os dias eu tive o desprazer de tomar café da minha com policiais a meu redor se servindo, tomando café, falando alto. Um completo absurdo passar por isso!

Utilizei o hotel somente para o pernoite, na questão do quarto para um casal esta de acordo, banheiro pequeno com excelente chuveiro, boa cama, mais o tamanho da cama era um pouco pequena para um casal. Localização excelente ao lado da Dutra, estacionamento gratuito. Pelo valor da diária e localização recomendo.
