Ja me hospedei diversas vezes no Carlton, na maioria foi muito bom, mas dessa vez a torneira da pia do banheiro não estava funcionando e a chave da porta estava desconfigurada.

Rooms outdated. Pluming problems. Old sheets. Remote control problems. Nobody speak Spanish or English. Service was good in cafeteria. Pictures lied. On the web shows a 4-start hotel, it needs a correction. Not even a 1 start hotel. Pricy considering the hotel

Below expectations
Nice lobby and a good breakfast. The hotel corridors, rooms, and overall aspect were disappointing, Old, and poorly maintained.

Hotel ok, de passagem
Passamos uma noite no hotel, para descansar no meio da viagem. A pessoa da recepção não foi muito atenciosa e não pediu o documento da minha filha menor de idade, o que é obrigatório por lei! Achamos um absurdo.
O quarto é ok, bem limpo, mas a cortina black-out não cobria toda a janela, estava "curta" dos lados e uma das lâmpadas ficou com um pouco de luz durante a noite toda (talvez um problema elétrico). Dava para ouvir a TV de um quarto vizinho, isolamento acústico não é dos melhores.
O café da manhã foi ok, sem grandes coisas.
É um hotel de passagem, não recomendo uma longa estadia.
