Ótimo hotel, quarto e banheiro limpos e confortáveis. Cama gostosa, toalha macia e travesseiro extra. Café da manhã excepcional. A decoração é toda com o tema dinheiro/riqueza. Único ponto negativo: não tinha toalha de rosto e havia apenas 1 sabonete no banheiro.

A cama é desconfortável e não tem isolamento acústico no quarto. Tinha hóspedes fazendo barulho de madrugada e conversando no corredor de madrugada e dava pra ouvir tudo.

Hotel bem localizado, bom atendimento, os quartos seguem o padrão Ibis com destaque para decoração que é temática de dinheiro/fortuna, etc. Café da manhã estava bem servido, possui amplo estacionamento grátis, uma ótima opção para hospedagem de negócios.

Acima da expectativa dos padrões Ibis Styles, café da manhã com opções de tapioca e omelete, academia, quartos num tamanho legal, muito bem localizado, com mercados e lanchonetes perto...valeu muito a estadia, com certeza na próxima vez em Rio Preto, ja temos onde hospedar!!!

Atendimento na recepção foi grosseira e pouco profissional. Cheguei cedo, uma pessoa de idade indo para um tratamento medico, fui atendida de forma bem rude pelo recepcionista, que ainda me negou o café da manhã e praticamente me mandou embora, falando para retornar ao meio dia. Do resto cumpre com o que se espera.

Olá, fiquei hospedado uma diária, tudo ok. Check-in ágil, ms tive que lembrar sobre o vale drink (pelo meu status) Quarto grande para padrão Ibis, chuveiro excelente e a cortina veda totalmente a claridade, proporcionando uma boa noite de sono. Café da manhã padrã, como suco de laranja, frutas, ovos mexidos, salsicha, 3 ou 4 tipos de frios Fica na rodovia, então tem o barulho de carros, mas nada que incomodasse muito Tem uma pequena academia no térreo. Check-out rápido, equipe simpática
