By far one of the worst Hilton Hotels I've ever stayed at. I had problems from check in to check out. I have never been so poorly received. Right at the check in, the reception was crowded with a giant line of cars parked at the entrance porch, where I parked and went to check in. I didn't find any valet so I simply stopped in line and went to reception. Of the 3 attendants, 2 were talking together and seeing WhatsApp messages and laughing. They were at the Hilton Honors counter, while the other was full and the other was empty with no one there, while the other attendant at the middle counter was desperately waiting for the giant queue. So far so good, normal. After standing in a 30-minute queue, in the middle of my check in, one of these attendants who was "unoccupied" came to say that my car was blocking the queue and I had to move it out of the place, as I was already in the middle of the process. At the entrance to the hotel there are several signs stating that you cannot park nearby, but it was full of cars that were parked there throughout my stay. When I finished checking in, the receptionist explained to me very poorly where the parking was, nor how to proceed with the parking ticket. The complex itself is very poorly signposted in general. Inside the parking lot (in basement 1), it is also not clear which elevator is closest to the hotel entrance, so I stopped near one that was far from the reception. I was surprised that this Hilton didn't have a pool in the heat of Rio Preto. So much so that the day I got out of the elevator, there was a family that was staying at the hotel and was inside the mall's water mirrors (3 adults and 1 child), they stayed there drinking beer inside the mirrors. Everyone... simply all the hotel employees who were horrified by this scene, simply did nothing to go there and tell us that it wasn't a swimming pool. Before going to the room, we took a short break at the hotel bar, where the bartender was very pleasant and prepared some excellent drinks. To accompany it, I ordered a mixed portion of fried pastry (meat/cheese). About 15 minutes after I ordered, a cook came and said that there was no cheese, if I minded eating only the meat ones, I thought it was strange, as several items on the menu had cheese, but that was ok. Upon arriving in the room, excellent bed, excellent shower, excellent acoustics (as you can't hear anything). But, as not everything is rosy, Amenities only had 1 bar soap and 1 bottle of liquid soap. Inside the shower, there were 2 large bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but the shampoo bottle was empty. We went down again to take a walk around the complex and at 4:00 pm, all the stores were simply closed. The wine house, the Blue Jasmin, the Japanese, The brewery, that is; Nothing to do at the hotel in the afternoon. Many stores are empty. The coffee is exceptional too, very good
