Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is well located, close to the public market and the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge. We stay in the luxury apartment with sea view, well spacious, the parking service is the part, with a manufacturer.

Fizemos uma pesquisa prévia para ver qual hotel ficar por conta de um evento na cidade e o INTERCLASS tinha um bom custo-benefício, mas nossa, que decepção. O quarto não tinha nada a ver com as fotos e o atendimento nos quartos era ruim. Pedimos uma sopa e uma omelete e demorou horas. A recepcionista disse que era porque o restaurante estava muito cheio e eu entendo, mas daí não atender o telefone só para dar um parecer? Sinceramente, fiquei muito decepcionada. Se não tinha condições de atender com qualidade o número de hóspedes, contrasse mais pessoal ou então não lotasse o hotel. Os quartos também eram muito colados uns dos outros, então eu conseguia ouvir tudo o que o meu vizinho falava e até mesmo quando ele deitava na cama porque a parede do meu quarto todo balançava. De resto, o hotel era perto do local do evento, então tem uma boa localização e apesar da falta de pessoal no hotel, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e não responsabilizo eles pelo atendimento precário.

We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

O hotel fica super bem localizado, bem no centro de Floripa! Dá pra ir até o Mercado e até a ponte a pé com tranquilidade. Ao redor do hotel tem também duas praças bem boas pra dar uma relaxada! Fui para um concurso e me surpreendi. O café da manhã é no hotel Faial, que fica na esquina. O hotel é simples, mas muito agradável: a cama é confortável, o chuveiro é quentinho, tem frigobar, armário, iluminações variadas, recepção 24. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e ele tem opções de comidas, mas dá pra pedir Ifood numa boa (inclusive foi o que eu fiz)!
