Estou vivendo uma experiência horrível neste Hotel. Não somos do RJ e resolvemos passar uma noite confortável antes do Natal. Cheguei aqui e vi que não tinha copo, liguei para a recepção e me avisaram que teria que descer para pegar. Tudo bem não ter servico de quarto, mas pq já não deixar copo no quarto..... Depois de 3h ligado o ar não gelava e estavamos suando, liguei novamente para a recepção e, pasmem, às 0:00 o atendente queria subir para ”conserta-lo”.... não podia trazer copo mas incomodar mexendo no ar tarde da noite, sim...... Pedi para trocar de quarto e o atendente disse que não tinha outro, depois de eu insistir muito ele disse que achou um disponivel mas eu teria que descer junto com a minha esposa com tudo na mão para pegar a outra chave.... E realmente precisei fazer isso..... Com outra chave, cheguei no corredor do novo quarto e vários vazios.... Agora estou aqui torcendo para o ar gelar e não precisar passar por mais um desconforto.... e lá se vai 1:00 da madrugada e o que seria uma noite de descanso virou um pesadelo. Decepcionado!!!!

Positive Points: -The crew are very kind and helpful and I really liked them. -The breakfast is normal. Negative Points: - The flash tank in the bathroom had a problem in the room and many times I asked them to fix it. - No drinking water in the room. - AC in the room was making a lot of noises which was old model. - There was no kettle in the room. - This hotel is too far from the city center and is not in good neighborhood and is not safe to be outside at late night.
