I originally stayed here thru hostel world, which has a 24 hr cancellation notice. I extended my stay and paid cash to the hostel staff for my extended stay on July 25 for Th.-sat. night. He did not informed me of their cancelation policy. I tried to go on their site for the cancellation policy, i could not find any. Another employee tried but could not find any either. I asked another staff and that peraon didnt know. But when I tried to cancel the next day after extending my stay, Guiliana would not refund me my money nor did she ever give me a receipt for my cash that I asked for. In addition, they had the check out date different than hostel world, so she did finally refunded me that day. I just think it's wrong that if you pay them directly with cash and not on the computer, that they expect u to know their cancellation policy when their employees dont know it nor did they tell me about it. Don't stay there! They were out of toilet paper 60% of the time. That's why their rating is like a 1.5 out of 5.
