Positives : ▪️The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable. ▪️The air conditioning worked well. ▪️There are several good restaurants within walking distance, making dining out convenient. Negatives: ▪️Upon arrival, we found that all three toilet paper rolls provided were already started. Throughout our stay, we did not receive any support from the owners despite requesting more toilet paper and soap when we ran out. This lack of basic amenities and support was disappointing. ▪️The shower in our room was broken, which was inconvenient. ▪️Unfortunately, there is little to no noise isolation. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, including loud neighbors at 4 a.m., which disturbed our sleep. ▪️The pool is very small, and the pool walls looked dirty, which was unappealing. ▪️The toilet at the pool was disgusting and remained uncleaned during our entire 4-night stay. ▪️Finding a parking spot was quite difficult, adding unnecessary stress to our stay. 🔹Conclusion🔹 Overall, it’s hard to recommend this hotel given the number of basic issues that were not addressed. If you’re considering staying here, you might want to look for alternative accommodations. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 3 stars. The lack of response from the owners, particularly when we needed basic supplies like toilet paper, is particularly concerning. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

this is a ghost building, no staff, no communication with owner, 90 steps in total from basement to top floor, no way of using a kitchen on top floor as you would have to cart every item of food up all those stairs. it is not suitable for older people, people with health issues, people with young children.in fact it is a fire trap with no way of getting out from top floors. locks on doors infuriating to use and noisy.
