Our group stayed here for a private retreat. The property is beautiful with great rooftops and an outdoor pool in the courtyard. Sadly, the weather was rainy most of the time, so we didn't get to enjoy those aspects as much as we would have liked. The room is very minimalistic style, but very modern & comfortable (umbrellas provided in each room, hairdryer, etc). We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest is better towels. They were a kind of towel I'd never seen before. Felt more like a beach chair towel than one to bathe with.

A perfect, tranquil stay close to the beach and charming bars, restaurants and winding streets of Olhão. We had such an amazing time here, enjoying late afternoon dips in the pool sipping a local beer or freshly made cocktail. The team are friendly and attentive - our room kept clean and tidy, overlooking the smart, cute courtyard and pool. We loved the herbal teas left with a night time treat in our room each evening when we returned from dinner. It's these finer details that make this place so special. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Thanks for a great stay - we look forward to our next trip already!

Such a fabulous little hotel, simple and stylish, our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfast sitting in the courtyard. Honesty bar, evening turndown and daily homemade cake, lovely pool, relaxing terrace. Nothing was too much for the fantastic hotel team, Sara, Marcus, Ligia (?) and the others. Great location near to restarants and short walk to the waterfront. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Casa Rosa Villa is a gem of a small hotel. It is spotless, breakfast simple and delightful. My daughter and I had Room 1 which we thought at first, would be a bit noisy as it is at the front on a main road but it was so quiet. A big room with huge bathroom with great walk-in shower. Nothing was too much trouble. Transfers were arranged and taxis during our stay. The restaurants recommended on the website are well worth a visit, ChaChaCha and GNO being particularly excellent. The area is charming with narrow streets with interesting tiles. Highly recommended and well done David and Callum and thanks to Marcus, Sara and the team.

Stayed here for a week on an organised group holiday therefore didn't choose it myself. Great location on the main street in Olhão 10 minute stroll down to the seafront/marina area through the town 2 supermarkets within ten minutes although no beaches these are a ferry ride away. The. Hotel staff some of whom are the owners are lovely can't do enough for you rooms are very clean and a good size WiFi is hit and miss and rooms do not have a TV in neither of these are a problem for me personally. Tea and coffee and other drinks are available at all times

What a fantastic place to stay. Luxurious but not opulent. Most friendly and helpful staff. If you want a relaxing no fuss break this is the place to go. Ligia's scrambled eggs were amazing as we're Marcos cocktails. The owners are also hands on and very passionate about the place. Highly recommended.

Casa Rosa Villa is simply beautiful. The attention to detail everywhere is notable. The decor is simple yet stylish. Breakfasts were fresh and relaxed. Sara and the team take care of everything. I will happily come back.

Very well designed villa with 9 guest rooms set around a little courtyard with pool. Decor very nice and little touches such as beach towels in a handy pool bag and tea/biscuits at bedtime. Lovely terrace for sunbathing and location was very handy for the shore and restaurants. Great value for money too.
