I checked in online, but I had to make everything back to the attendant. This is a problem far from serious, but follows my contribution to the improvement in the attendant. The rest is all right! ;)
Hotel Dan Inn Sao Carlos

The reception team is very kind, the Matheus, John and mostly Victoria, and they make the guest feel at home. Intensive care with the COVID (handsets and masks in the morning are required). I was very small, very tight. Clean. Good shower, hot water plenty and fast. Good beds. simple but sufficient breakfast, with constant repos. I had difficulties with the Internet.
Ibis Sao Carlos

We were ready to be taken into service, with much education and fastness, soon he accessed our record and gave the necessary guidance, the apartment was clean and clean, I asked for an extra trailer and soon I was taken into service. The only recommendation is that you should be careful when you park below the hills, because the wings make a dirt, but if they do it, it is not a problem because the attendant has directed us to go at the end of the parking and they themselves gave a squirrel of water with the hose until out all. 100% satisfied

Simple hotel and ... liar. Advertising 24-hour room service. It is on the internet page, on the room brochure, on the sticky paper on the phone. Because I arrived in the room near 23:00, I called the room service number to ask for water (not in the room) and I was not attended. I called at the reception and the attendant simulated astonishing, saying he was going to warn the management about the wrong information, because there is no room service at night. It's a deliberate mistake. I remember it's a hotel in São Carlos. It is common to go down in Viracopos by night, take over two hours of road and get to the already tired hotel - and after the time of the restaurants. The hotel is awful and free but clean, the decoration is pulled into the dressing room and is inexistent in the room, the shower is OK, but the shampoo they offer smells strange. I had a lunch at the restaurant, one afternoon, and it was perhaps the worst cheeseburger in my life. I would have given a slightly higher assessment, but the fraud in the services announced is very serious.
