Muito boas instalações, limpeza e organizações muito bem atendidas e uma equipe muito cordial e simpática. O hotel fica no lado norte da cidade, próximo da USP e da UfSCar, o que exige que para ir ao centro, onde encontra-se restaurantes, faça-se uso de automóvel. Foi uma experiência muito agradável para alguém que viajou sozinho por questões profissionais.

The hotel is near the highway which makes it a bit noisy, also at the pool. The room was small, but ok. The hotel has a very large pool that was really enjoyable. The breakfast was good, the personnel was friendly (but not always good in English). The price was about 45 € per night for two including breakfast which is really an excellent value for money.

Paredes finas, banheiro apertado com água sem fluxo suficiente para o banho, ausência de ammenities e serviço de limpeza abaixo da média: em 5 dias não foi reposto o sabonete líquido, que não tinha quando chegamos e continou não tendo quando saímos, sendo que em 2 dias não houve serviço de limpeza do quarto, mesmo estando ausentes durante toda a manhã. Fizemos extensão de uma noite ao pacote de carnaval e ao invés de pedirem cartão na entrada, simplesmente nos ligaram durante uma tarde enquanto estávamos descansando para "acertar" o dia extra, e bloquearam a entrada do quarto (?????). Nem lixo no quarto tinha e na limpeza, quando iam, não tiravam o lixo ou sequer lavavam os copos sujos ou os substituiam.

Estive hospedado no The Hill em Novembro, com minha irmã. O hotel é bem simples, e peca um pouco na limpeza do apartamento. O chão do banheiro estava engordurado, principalmente dentro do box do banheiro. O café da manhã é simples e sem muitas opções. Básico. Levando em conta o valor que pagamos pela diária é "ok", mas poderiam reforçar a limpeza dos apartamentos. Ficamos no apartamento 102 no 1º andar com vista para o pátio. Sem nenhum ruído ou som.

Atendentes muitos mal-humoradas. Pra toda coisinha e pergunta parece que estão fazendo um favor pro cliente. Opções de comida limitadas. Quarto limpo mas pequeno, quase claustrofóbico para o preço. Nunca mais. Me arrependo de não ter escolhido outro lugar por este estar mais próximo da rodoviária.
