The reason for my hosting was a celebration with my girlfriend, and Thamires, from the booking sector, helped me much, because I had asked for a decoration and she took care of everything and became incredible. The apartment is very good and functional, I have a small kitchen and tools which provided us more opportunities during our meals. The room has a good room, the bed is good and the balcony complements the fantastic experience we had. The only weak point of our stay was the internet that was swinging a lot. We left the reception informed in our check-out and they said the department responsible was already checking out, because there were more complaints, but our experience was very good and I am sure we will be back hosting.

Hotel bem antigo desde a decoração ao mobiliário, porém funcional. Atendimento cordial, possui estacionamento gratuito ao lado. Café da manhã é bom, nada de espetacular. Não acho barato, na verdade o preço é até alto, você acaba pagando pela localização que sim é excelente. Para quem não conhece ou nunca visitou a cidade vale a pena por estar colado com a Av. Kennedy, cheia de bares e restaurantes, shopping e muito próximo da rodovia Anchieta. O banheiro apesar de antigo funciona muito bem, chuveiro bom, quarto confortável. Por falta de rede de hotelaria na cidade o Pampas ainda é uma boa opção sim.

Eu gostei da minha estada no hotel Ibis, só achei o café da manhã bem simples, poderia melhorar com mais opções, achei um pouco desorganizado a questão de anotar o número do quarto na hora que o hóspede vai tomar o café (bem bagunçado), porém a pessoa foi super educada! Só acho que pode melhorar nesse quesito. A limpeza do quarto é boa, o quarto é bonito, agradável e confortável, só uma coisa que pode ser melhorada é a porta do quarto que ao sair tem que bater e faz maior barulho atrapalhando as pessoas que poderiam estar dormindo. O chuveiro de manhã demora pra esquentar água, achei isso um pouco ruim. O sinal de internet é satisfatório funciona bem. E o vestival de sopas que teve 13/06 e 14/06/2022 foi excelente nota 10 pro cozinheiro muito bem feito. Só achei algumas pessoas da recepção um pouco perdidas no primeiro dia que eu cheguei me falaram que teria sopa, dai a outra disse que não teria não, no fim teve (só melhorar na comunicação interna). Uma nota pro hotel é 8.

The hotel is clean, but the room is extremely small. It's just getting tight for a couple. We had almost no room to put the bag on the floor and move from one side to the other. The bed is comfortable and breakfast is good. I know that the main purpose is to offer ”economic accommodation” but I think rooms could have a little more space.

The room was clean and with a wonderful view, a wonderful breakfast coffee and a wonderful swimming pool, super close to everything. I would miss that wonderful bed. I can hardly wait to come back because I loved everything! Excellent service and a good staff.
