酒店房間衞生做的好，空間足，有免費的早餐和停車場，酒店旁邊就有一個大型超市特別方便，酒店前台小姐姐是個新疆姑娘，長相特別甜美。

和老伴在明德亭大酒店住了三晚，感覺很差，給予差評
1.房間打掃衞生後衹放了贈送的礦泉水和洗漱用品，但房間裏已經滿了垃圾桶卻沒有收拾。
2.房間電視無信號反映多次無法解決，在前台見到多個房間也反應電視無法觀看。
3.房間提供的農夫山泉飲用水竟然是過期的產品!
4.不能提供二十四小時熱水，有一天晚上睡覺前不能洗漱.中午外出回來想洗澡，打好沐浴液沖洗時突然變成涼水，凍我近80歲的長者渾身打哆嗦！
5.早上提供的早餐很簡單，只有饅頭和稀飯，沒有牛奶喝豆漿。

住了這麼多年酒店，第一次遇見房間裏沒有手紙的酒店，用抽紙的話自己掏錢！燒水壺不是一般的臟！酒店前面居然用布棉履蓋住，外面一點看不出是一個酒店，**一樣。早餐實在無法形容！這樣的酒店居然也掛在攜程網上？？？
