Big grand hotel. Nice and clean room. Courteous front office staff. Many restaurants nearby. There was some issue with the air condition initially but they managed to fix it. However, they still need to look at their air conditioning system as there was water bubbling noise coming from the blower.

Quite nice! Convenient location, large and comfortable room. A little problem with the hot water, but would not keep me from staying there again.

The room is very clean and elegant, the location is very good and convenient. there are a lot of restaurants at opposite of the hotel, the breakfast buffet is good, there are various food and fruits.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time I come back to Sanyuan, I will choose the hotel again.

第一次給酒店差評，我不知道一晚上200塊錢的酒店怎麼會到處都是生銹發黴的？好評都是刷出來的嗎？衞生間浴室桿生銹的，浴室臟的沒眼看，水龍頭是生銹的，化粧鏡是生銹的，浴室排氣扇是壞的，衞生間都是下水道的味道，甚至馬桶旁抽紙架都是生銹的，房間牆紙都是掉皮的，唉，無力了……

在當地算比較大的酒店了，但是設施比較老了，房內暖氣不足，開空調吹還是很冷，看見很多公務車在飯點出入，應該是主要做商務接待的，房間內地毯應該很久沒清洗了，住了半天實在太冷，被迫退房換地方了

設施：房間設施陳舊，但好在便宜，價實相當
衞生：房間有很大的煙味，換氣較差。馬桶圈污漬明顯，馬桶內有臟污沉澱。角落有明顯灰塵，沙發有污漬（以上有圖）
環境：周邊環境較好，有免費停車
服務：入住時的前台服務一般，不熱情也不冷淡；退房時的前台服務不錯
早餐：7：30開早餐，有些太晚，耽誤後續工作。建議調整至7：00。

温泉水很棒，服務理念也好，服務素質提高了很多，雖然設施有點舊，但是很温暖，明年還會繼續入住，介意設施陳舊的可以訂新裝修的樓層
