原建國賓館，6樓今年新裝修挺棒的，個人感覺稍稍有點味，還是選擇了8樓以上原來舊房：乾淨，特別是床品，品質好很乾凈！特意拍了被芯，很乾凈！南面向陽，中午不開空調是一種很舒服的温暖。別的稍舊點，無異味就很好，就是洗澡水有些小！服務好，特別是樓層服務員。性價比高，有機會還會入住。

非常不滿意，第一、洗手間衞生差，到處都是毛髮。第二、冷，空調不能用。第三、衞生間味道太難聞，用衞生紙打濕堵着排水口都不行，衞生間門還還不上。第四、説是負責路邊停車費，不給繳費條，走了發短訊讓繳費，這個怎麼負責？第五、開票按酒店收到的金額開票，不按我付款金額開票，説了才改，回覆不知道我付款多少？其他酒店都能看到你看不到？

價格不貴 但是房間真的還不錯 完全對得起她的級別 我本人還是挺滿意的
設施：我住的那個房間電視機有點問題，但我也沒有聯繫前台 因為不需要電視
衞生：整體來説還是比較乾淨整潔的
