The service was absolutely amazing, 10,000 thumbs up! The kids had a fantastic time. The pool is a real highlight; you can paddleboard or swim, and there's even a beach area right next to it. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the kids loved it. Our room had a large balcony where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. There were so many activities that we didn't even want to leave the resort. The room itself was very comfortable and offered great sunset views. Plus, it's super convenient, being close to nearby malls. The only minor downside was that if you went for breakfast around 9:00 AM, some of the options were already running low, and they weren't replenished very quickly.

The environment is great, the room is comfortable, and the service is not bad. However, the hotel's pool facilities for children are a bit lacking.

Huge thanks to Daniel Su, the front desk manager, for his thoughtful and meticulous arrangements that made our holiday so enjoyable. Aside from being a bit of a distance from the public beach, everything else about the hotel was great. However, this is one of the few beaches in Sanya where you can actually swim in the ocean, so the slightly longer walk was absolutely worth it. Just a minor suggestion: some areas of the breakfast restaurant floor felt a bit sticky. It would be perfect if those could be thoroughly cleaned.

Because the hotel was so enjoyable, we extended our stay in Yazhou for two extra days. The hotel's service was excellent, and my son especially loved the cave pool and didn't want to leave. If it weren't for our round-trip flight booking, we would have stayed even longer. It's a hotel definitely worth revisiting.

It's super convenient to get here from Nanshan, and only a ten-minute drive to Dadongtian and Xiaodongtian, making sightseeing really easy. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. There's a swimming pool, and the garden is lovely. You can walk straight to the beach. The hotel has a restaurant where you can order food, and the breakfast spread was generous. The service was warm and attentive.

Excellent stay! The front desk helped me book a room on the eighth floor this time, and the view was fantastic. It was also very quiet at night. A big thank you to the hotel manager, Sean Huang, for the complimentary breakfast!

The hotel is in Yazhou Bay, a convenient five-minute walk away. The pool is okay, but there aren't many activities. There's not much for kids to do! Hope they improve this!

Came to Sanya for a family vacation and chose the Hilton Garden Inn Sanya Yazhou. The overall experience was fantastic! A special thanks to Daniel and William, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Since we were staying for six consecutive days with elderly family members and children, Daniel's pre-arrangement was incredibly thoughtful, and he even helped us book many family-friendly activities within the hotel. Because our two rooms weren't on the same floor for the latter part of our stay, and we wanted them to be, William patiently showed us several rooms, providing comprehensive and professional explanations, truly putting the customer first. The hotel boasts expansive sea views and a very comfortable garden environment. We were extremely satisfied with this stay.

The environment is great, and the front desk service was very attentive. Even during the Chinese New Year, the value for money exceeded my expectations. The hygiene was excellent, the facilities were good, and the view was fantastic. It's really a great choice for a trip.
