It was a great hotel receptionist and their assistance were great, it was very clean and steady. We enjoyed and had a wonderful stay there. Thank you very much. Thanks to 翊翊 because although we are foreigners and we can speak Chinese, she helped us a lot using WeChat all the time before the stay and after at the hotel.

Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. the location close to the ocean is perfect. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Big clean rooms and polite staff.

It was good experience, but I arrived hotel at 10:00pm they give me different room with which i booked, they said no available room and second day will give me same my booking room , i booked sea view they give me swimming pool view , staff was polite, room was clean , breakfast was suitable for Chinese not very convenient for foreigners

Very comfortable room with all the amenities necessary. Clean and big enough, the balcony is a great plus.
Hotel facilities are also decent, I loved the pool with a sea view.
The location is perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby (both Western and Asian cuisine). However the area is quite crowded so for some might feel too loud in the room.
Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sanya.

The service was quite good, check-in was a little bit challenging due to misunderstanding about paying the deposit- it got resolved after a while- language barrier was the main issue. Nonetheless everything went well but had to call the cleaning service on the second day (no idea why it took so long for them to come through, anyways- cleaning was done). The staff at the reception is welcoming, very friendly and helpful with the luggage. All in all, the hotel is a very good spot I must say.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay; friendly staff, and ayi was excellent. Many restaurants and activities are nearby. Great walks along the beach. Good view from the room balcony, but could not stay out long, a construction happening next door. The front desk did not completed our checkout after we turned in our keycards When we tried to checkin to our next hotel, and found that we have not released from the hotel yet. We don't understand the process, therefore it could be trip.com or the hotel fault.

We are staying at the Golden Phoenix for 13 days .The service has been fantastic .Our housekeeper, Lin Qin is keeping the room very clean and organized. She is an excellent housekeeper.
Also like the breakfast and gym !
