EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE - HABITACIÓN 208 HOTEL SANXENXO INFFINIT Después de pagar casi 200€ por noche, esperaba un mínimo de comodidad y descanso. La realidad fue completamente diferente. PROBLEMAS PRINCIPALES: Habitación para personas con movilidad reducida sin previo aviso - Me asignaron la habitación 208, que resultó ser una habitación adaptada, sin informarme previamente. LUZ DE EMERGENCIA VERDE DIRECTA A LA CARA - El problema más grave: una luz verde de emergencia ilumina directamente la cama durante toda la noche. Imposible conciliar el sueño. El hotel no proporciona antifaz ni solución alguna. Problemas en el baño - Baño adaptado que se inunda al ducharse, obligando a estar constantemente secando el suelo. Sistema de iluminación deficiente - Luces con sensor que se apagan automáticamente, creando incomodidad constante. Aire acondicionado mal ubicado - Salida del aire directamente sobre la cama y en la cara, imposibilitando usar refrigeración para dormir cómodamente. Tuve que pasar calor toda la noche. ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE INEXISTENTE: La recepcionista no ofreció disculpas ni soluciones. Su respuesta: “Los clientes nunca se han quejado”. Falta total de profesionalidad y empatía. Por 200€/noche, este hotel no cumple los estándares mínimos de comodidad. La falta de transparencia sobre las características de la habitación y la nula atención al cliente hacen que sea imposible recomendarlo. A FUTUROS HUÉSPEDES: Exijan información detallada sobre su habitación antes de confirmar y prepárense para posibles inconvenientes sin solución por parte del personal.

Un hotel moderno, acogedor y con una ubicación excelente, a un paso de la playa y del centro. Las habitaciones son cómodas, muy limpias y decoradas con gusto. El ambiente es tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. El trato del personal es impecable: cercanos, profesionales y siempre atentos. Ideal para una escapada relajante en la costa. Totalmente recomendable y con ganas de repetir.

He estado hospedada en este hotel durante seis días y el hotel normalizo, desayuno flojo, siempre lo mismo, el zumo te ponen dos dedos para q no se les acabe, wifi regular, cerca de playa, pero en mi caso me siento estafada, reserve una habitación para dos personas y en el titular ponía dos adultos más un niño, pensé que el precio que me ponían, reserve por booking, era con arreglo a las dos personas, pero no fue así. Cuando fui a abonar la factura, efectivamente me cobraron al niño, aunque no había niño. El chico de recepción me dijo que era así. He escrito dos emails al hotel, pero dan la callada por respuesta. Contactaré con la plataforma de litigios de la comunidad europea para hoteles y les plantearé mi caso

Es un hotel moderno y muy bien decorado, la habitación era super amplia, camas cómodas, TV de tamaño grande, el armario amplio igual que el baño , volveremos la próxima vez que visitemos la zona ya que está situado cerca del pueblo y la ubicación es importante

El hotel es estupendo y está situado en una ubicación inmejorable, frente a la playa, se nota que está recientemente reformado, todo esta diseñado con gusto. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y disponen de cafetera nespresso; el cuarto de baño muy amplio, las camas comodas y el servicio de desayunos muy bueno y abundante, productos de calidad. La atención de la recepcionista Laura fue estupenda, atendiendo con simpatia a todas nuestras preguntas. Que lastima no haber podido quedarnos mas dias!!!

Tuvimos un problema explicandole con tiempo para poder cancelar y nos hicieron pagar Igualmente la habitación, atención y comprensión PÉSIMA, cuando podrían poner la habitación a reservar otra vez.No se lo recomiendo a nadie, ni volveremos a ese hotel.
