Extremely disappointed after returning to this hotel following a wonderful stay three years ago. On arrival, we were told the garage was full and told to “find a spot in town” with no prior notice—only after insisting were we grudgingly allowed to park in a reserved electric vehicle spot. At dinner, the kitchen closed without warning while we were still eating appetizers, despite us saying we were ready for our main courses; we had to argue to get our food, while one server was openly rude and disruptive. A manager eventually stepped in politely, but the experience was already ruined. When I raised these issues, management’s response was condescending, dismissive, and offered no compensation—pretending the service had been “excellent.” Inconsistent service, poor handling, and zero accountability mean I will not return, and I strongly caution others to reconsider.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms and plenty of facilities within walking distance of a nice beautiful beach with loads of nearby restaurants my one problem is the rooms aren’t very well equipped. The room I was staying in only had one pot and had no strainer, pot lids, wooden spoons or scissors which was a slight increase

We travelled in mid July with 6 and 9 year old boys. We loved it . The hotel had lots of facilities for kids , without being too “crazy” . Food was good , and very good value. Service excellent. Pool area was beautiful and the pool was lovely and warm. The retractable roof is a great idea . Kids had a “spa experience “ which they loved. We are going back next year , especially if they follow through on their plans to add slides to the pool area !!!!
