Gestión lamentable. Nos han cancelado la reserva a pocos días del viaje alegando problemas de fontanería. Tenía la habitación reservada desde hace 3 meses. Desde la página web se ofertan las habitaciones que nos han cancelado, cualquiera puede reservarlas nuevamente pero a precio distinto del que habíamos reservado. Es una auténtica vergüenza. Leyendo opiniones de Google parece que no es la primera vez que lo hacen. Por mi parte si finalmente encuentro hotel y realizo el viaje acabarán en consumo.

Fuimos los primeros en llegar y pedimos el café, el zumo y unas tostadas con jamón y tomate. Los cafés los trajeron al momento, pero el zumo llego 15 minutos después y las tostadas, después de esperar 25 minutos, vemos como se las sirven a otras mesas y no a nosotros. Pedimos explicaciones y no se nos dieron. Tuvimos que irnos sin desayunar y despues de tomar el café frío. Desde luego no volveremos y no recomendamos a los demás a que se animen a ir. Falta total de profesionalidad.
