This review is specifically to thank Panos (Mr Panagiotis Papadopoulos) for his superb customer service during our brief trip to Santorini and our stay at the Solaris Apartments - We'd flown out to look at a boat we thought we might buy so we didn't check in to almost midnight - nonetheless the welcome was highly professional and friendly despite the late hour - we were also very relieved to be directed to a nearby restaurant still serving food. Departing for the London the next morning in a car kindly booked by the hotel for us I accidentally left my mobile phone in the room and Panas did an outstanding job liaising with the local couriers I booked to return it to me in London Customer service was exemplary and I'd have no hesitation in recoomending a stay here whether for business or pleasure. Thank you again Panos!

This hotel was over the top incredible. I planned this trip with my 24 and 21 year old sons. It is an adults only hotel which is just what we wanted. The location (Fira) was perfect for us as it was a very easy walk to the restaurants in Fira and then we drove one night to Oia (which was very crowded and very difficult to find parking.) The staff was amazing, specifically Faye and Kostas. The views are exceptional. The humidity in our bathroom was on the higher side due to the hot tub, but my sons loved having it. Breakfast was served every morning (ordered the day before) with the staff notifying us by knocking on our door. What an incredible breakfast spread! You could not get better views. The room was huge…perfect for the three of us. I completely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a lot of steps, the view is great, the front desk is not big, there are many steps to go to the room. The restaurant and pool are located on the bottom floor of the hotel, the breakfast is rich, the yogurt is delicious.

A few friends come together, the price is cheap in the off-season, but the island is a bit less, the weather is not good, it is recommended to come to the peak season, the cliff hotel scenery is invincible ~ the hotel is not easy to find, our airport chartered to Fira, the driver will call the hotel Call to pick up. I can't find it myself~

The hotel is a dozen minutes away from the small town of Fira, but because it is uphill, it may be a bit difficult for friends with luggage~ but it is very close to the Fetrosfani bus station, and you can get off from here when you come back from the small town of Oia ~The hotel has a beautiful view, you can see the volcano in the Aegean Sea, it is very quiet, and the western breakfast is also good~ The room is clean and tidy, and there is a JBL speaker for early morning calls, coffee machines and kettles, suitable for enjoying a quiet period Vacation life~

The front desk was great, because no one handled it during the off-season, the customer service helped me contact the front desk, and the visitor arrived in two minutes. The room was clean and the balcony view was beautiful. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Santorini must book a hotel by the cliff, Manos's micro-world location is excellent, next to the blue-top church, there are stops on the steps on the steps, but because there are fewer cars in the off-season, we walked to the terminal for 20 minutes. The departure was very punctual. By the way, don't worry that there are no buses to the airport and important sights.
