The suite is with the stunning view and nothing short of spectacular! Beautiful setting and room decors. High quality of amenties. But what stands out most is the hospitality and the kidness. Athena, the beautiful front desk manager, has gone beyond her job to offer her kindness. She has helped me with the suprise birthday for my partner. She, personally, has stayed up late to made sure that things would go as planned. Another lovely personel to remember is ”Arji”- not sure about the spelling since its his nick name. He was super kind and always spent time to talk to explain to us about the weather, the best retaurants we should try...and just for a nice lovely chat every morning at the breakfast...All in all, it has been a fantastic stay. Thank you to Athena and the team at Nefeles Luxury Suites.

The hotel is about one kilometer away from the town, and it is also along the coastline. Although the hotel has a regular shuttle bus to and from the hotel, it is also very comfortable to walk to the town. The hotel rooms are all facing the sea, lying on the bed to enjoy the beautiful Aegean sunset. The hotel is built along a steep slope southwest of the island, with three or four layers of staggered, white houses undulating along the mountain. First came to the 24-hour front desk, which is surrounded by swimming pools and infinite water features. The restaurant is fully transparent and has a view on all three sides. The room is also white, and there are private hot tubs in front of the room. The hot water is quite powerful, hot and hot. However, there is a lack of fresh water on the island, and tap water cannot be eaten and eaten!

We had an amazing getaway at Magma Santorini Resort. From the moment we arrived the customer service was beyond amazing. We arrived early, were given a tour around the resort, then enjoyed relaxing by the pool until our room was ready at check-in time. The staff gave us a welcome bottle of champagne and fruit platter, as well as a second bottle and a birthday cake to celebrate our anniversary/birthday trip. They were immediately responsive when we needed to hire a car to go into town the first night, provided restaurant recommendations and renting a car on our second day. The spa was outstanding. I received the best massage and wish I could remember the names of both ladies in the spa who provided superb service. The staff at Magma Santorini Resort went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We would absolutely visit again

Mediocre, dated property at best. Traveled with friends and expected more given the hype around it and the price. The only good thing about staying here was Christiana. She was responsive and helpful. Their cafe is terrible; coffee was lukewarm and the food was so bad that we had to go elsewhere for breakfast even though it was included in the price of our room. The server we had at breakfast could not have been less well suited for his job. He seemed to want to be any place but at work and annoyed with us when we asked for hotter coffee and cream. All of the rooms and the patios need a serious refresh. Bottom line is this: Shop around in Santorini; you’ll see lots of better options.

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. We have found ”our” hotel in the beautiful island of Santorini, see you in 2023 by God's Grace!🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

It’s great to watch the sunset on your own terrace (the hotel offers red wine) and the breakfast at the hotel is great! The hotel service is very good, the reception is patient and meticulous, introduces the nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots, and helps to contact the next day's chartered car (tours to the red beach, black sand beach, blue-top church, winery, etc., including lunch, directly to the boat dock ). The hotel facilities are very good, the small terrace has a small pool that can be soaked, a capsule coffee machine, a small freezer, dehumidification equipment, and a shower. When they strolled the next morning, they arrived at their affiliated hotel. The top floor and the pool on the top floor were very nice.
