My partner and I enjoyed this place very much. The facilities are great and the location is perfect for food, attractions and getting around the island. We got a nice room with a sea view balcony, perfect for romantic sunsets. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor area with a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is great and they try to cater to most everyone. You can even get your breakfast on platter and eat it outside by the pool. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful (true Greek hospitality). The receptionists will do their best to find the right information for you and accommodate your requests within reason. The ladies working at breakfast are so sweet. They receive you with a nice smile and explain everything. I would definitely stay there again!

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and it was heaven, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed!! The hotel is just sublime, on the side of a cliff!! Our Alitana suite was wonderful, very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The spectacular view with a huge jacuzzi at the ideal temperature in October!! The breakfast is delicious and very filling!! Access is a bit steep via steep stairs but hotel staff come to guide us and help us carry the suitcases!! Only downside would be that the hotel does not have WhatsApp... it would be easier to communicate on site. I recommend 1000%!! A gem in Oia!

The location of the hotel has nothing to say. It is located in the center of Fira Town, on a cliff overlooking the Aegean Sea, 200 meters from the Blue Top Church and the surrounding transport, restaurants, car rentals, etc. All are white stone buildings, the breakfast room is on the outside terrace and the pool and terrace have very good views. The staff is warm and the hotel is clean and hygienic. However, it is recommended not to book an economy double room as much as possible as the windows are particularly small and not open to the outside. The windows face the corridor. The whole room is very humid, has no comfort and the area is particularly small. If economic conditions allow, it is better to book a superior room or a room with a sea view.

We arrived at the hotel and got a warm reception. They took our breakfast order for the following morning and completed the check in process. Our room had a sitting area at the front door and balcony. Bed was comfortable and room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is very service oriented with friendly and accommodating staff. They delivered a yummy breakfast to our room, on time. If you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars per night for a room over looking the ocean, but close enough to shopping and restaurants, this is the place. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.
