Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. In fact, the whole thing is okay, the staff is nice, and they are all smiling when they see you. The facilities are good, there is a jacuzzi. The breakfast is delicious. I suggest you book it. In fact, you can’t find something to eat in the morning. Maybe I don't know how to find it, but the location is actually good. It will be more convenient if you rent a car, and there are shuttle buses everywhere. But there are so many mosquitos in the rock room LoL

The stay in Aqua suites was a great experience with a stunning view of the sea and landmark, we had a front facing view. Staff were great and very helpful. We had B&B however it could be better as there isn’t many options to eat and choose from, which can get very boring to eat if you’re there more than 3+ days. The only downside to this, there is no main pool area, it’s only what you get with the room eg your own private pool. Location was okay, had plenty of restaurants to eat from but be prepared to get your foot work in check as there’s plenty of steps and hills. You will have to hire out a quad or moped to get about and go to other areas.

Opposite the hotel is the Blue Church, and you can watch the sunset in one minute. If you are obsessed with sunrise and sunset, you must book this hotel. You can watch the sunrise from most rooms and by the pool. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is recommended that those who are physically fit can complete the 10-kilometer hike from Fira to Oia. There are beautiful scenery along the way. It is recommended to start walking slowly after lunch, and you can have a drink and watch the sunset when you arrive in Oia.

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. Hotel is very close to the most famous blue domes, can take good photos from the hotels. Hotel, rooms, and the pool are clean, new and nicely decorated. Everything is well designed and vibe is superb. Our room has a terrace with a panoramic view to the caldera, and a pool facing to the blue domes. The price was at premium but it’s worth the price!! All the staffs are superb, polite, helpful, responsive, mindful, and considerate. Food and drinks, we had breakfast and lunch in our room, and dinner at the restaurant, all the food and drinks were fabulous, one of the best catering services we had in Greece for my trip, we didn’t expect that!!!! Love it! Thanks you for giving us such memorable and unforgettable memories.

They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :) The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

The room was spotless clean. The people in the front desk was really friendly and accommodating. They cleaned our room almost daily. Fresh towels and all. The location is perfect, cafe and restaurants nearby. 15-20 mins walk to Fira which I honestly didn’t mind since the hotel was really great. And it has a pool. Stay was pretty amazing.

The sanitation is very good, the room is spacious, daily necessities are provided, and the toothbrush can be found at the front desk. One thing that is not satisfied is that the Wi-Fi signal in the room is poor. I don't know if we live in the corner room. It may also be that the landlord wants everyone to come out to bask in the sun, the pool is quite clean and suitable for vacation. The location of the hotel has nothing to say. It is located in the center of Fira Town, on a cliff overlooking the Aegean Sea, 200 meters from the Blue Top Church and the surrounding transport, restaurants, car rentals, etc. All are white stone buildings, the breakfast room is on the outside terrace and the pool and terrace have very good views. The staff is warm and the hotel is clean and hygienic. However, it is recommended not to book an economy double room as much as possible as the windows are particularly small and not open to the outside. The windows face the corridor. The whole room is very humid, has no comfort and the area is particularly small. If economic conditions allow, it is better to book a superior room or a room with a sea view.

The location, the service, the cleanliness of the room, and the breakfast - everything was amazing! The hotel was conveniently located just one minute from the main street in Oia, so I was grateful that I could return to the hotel for a short rest when I got tired. I was also very impressed with the female staff member who assisted me at check-in and check-out, who was very friendly and helpful. As you can see from the photo, the room was elegant and clean like an urban hotel, and I really liked it. The breakfast was just as satisfying as the luxury hotel I stayed at the previous night, with a larger selection than I expected, and everything was delicious. This is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I'm in Oia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you!
