White & Co. Exclusive Island Villas Reviews

Stayed at White & Co. La Torre Suites in Pyrgos, Santorini on 7-14 June. Booked it looking for privacy and peace and did not find either in this hotel. Upon my arrival the reception boy asked me if I had a strong heart and gave me emergency number in case something happens. Entire first night someone was hitting the wall, waking me up in the middle of the night, then in the morning there was non-stop loud drilling from 8am until afternoon, and the doors were being slammed every few minutes. In the morning the receptionist came and recommended cafe 'Joy' that takes only cash. During the second night there were aggressive motor bike riders, who drove back and forth near the hotel trying to make as much noise as possible, and then at night there was very loud noise inside of the hotel, as if something exploded. By the way, the noise from the hotel and motorbikes never stopped. Every night and early morning someone was repeatedly aggressively slamming and hitting something, and couple of loud motorbikes kept driving back and forth around the hotel entire time. A person with a weaker heart would have definitely be affected by all this. All this was very unusual, but finding another place to stay last minute in Santorini in June was too difficult, so I stayed and documented all disturbances and tried my best to keep interactions with staff of the hotel to bare minimum. On third night electricity suddenly went on in the middle of the night. On top of that, there were men who kept walking past my terrace entire day and starring at me. One old guy came up to my terrace at midnight, starred for a prolonged period of time at me, waving and smiling, despite me making clear that his attention was unwanted. He and a black guy came back the next morning and kept starring at me and tried to interact with me as I was having breakfast. The staff has no respect for women either. I told them at least 3 times that I don't need help with my suitcase. Despite that, during the check-out they tried to forcefully take my suitcase from me. I arrived with best intentions, ready to spend money on their spa service, boats and shopping, but because of what happened I did not feel like doing any of it. Next time when they decide to stress a client and deprive a customer of sleep, they should remember that they are also depriving their community of easy income, thousands of euros that a rested and relaxed customer like me would have spent. Apart from this awful hotel, I had a great time at Santorini, so what happened will not affect my opinion about the island, but I definitely not recommend this hotel to any solo female traveler.

Our family of 4 just spent the best 3 nights at the White & Co Exclusive Villas. It was the most amazing experience. We were welcomed with delicious lemonade and found wine and fruit in the villa. The pool and hot tub had the most extraordinary views. We were so impressed by the entire staff. Each morning they brought us a delicious made to order breakfast and were quick to clean up when we were done. They were fantastic about arranging drivers for us and gave great recommendations of where to eat and what to see. One night they set up dinner to be delivered in our suite and it was wonderful. The villa was immaculate…. It was so clean and decorated beautifully with huge bathrooms and plenty of storage. They truly thought of everything! And the beds and pillows were perfect after a day of exploring. They have spoiled us for any other property and cannot wait to return!

Absolutely STUNNING villa!! Amazing staff that take care of anything you need. Would definitely recommend. Also, walking distance to Pyrgos.

White & Co. Exclusive Island Villas is a great place to stay in every respect and we can recommend it without reservation. The reception team was really great - super friendly and they did everything to make us feel comfortable. Thanks to you !!! On arrival a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine, the vacation starts very well. The excellent breakfast, which was served every morning after evening pre-order on the terrace, was also just excellent. The accommodation itself had all the comforts, a great bathroom and a large terrace with Jaccuci. The view was a dream (Villa 104) - the sea, Pyrgos, the landscape around - we were really very impressed. Since our return flight started in the evening, we were given the opportunity to store the suitcases and shower in a separate room - a great service. Overall, a perfect stay and it is worth the money.

This was our 2nd visit to White & Company and they did not disappoint, if anything it was even better, if that is possible. We stayed for 4 nights and loved our villa with a separate bedroom and spacious pool with patio . Always super clean and the small kitchen was perfect for having a snack while relaxing by the private pool. Teo was a great host and left us a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival. Santorini is busy, as everyone would say, so coming back after a short drive to Pygros each day was a way of relief from the crowds. The made to order breakfast was delivered to our villa which we were able to enjoy on our patio each morning. Take a visit for sundowners to Franco's Cafe, at the top of the hill behind White & Company, a short walk, you will not be disappointed, it is stunning!!!!! Highly Recommend! A wonderful place to stay in Santorini. Everything is modern, clean and beautifully designed with your own pool. We were able to watch the sunrise and the sunset on our balcony. My husband and I was absolutely in love with everything. Breakfast served promptly every morning which was delightful and delicious. From the day we arrived and departed the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Katerina for helping us get to our photoshoot on time. Special thanks to all White & Co. Exclusive Island staffs for making our stay in Santorini a memorable and best vacation ever! Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience! We just left and wanted to stay much longer! From beginning to end VIP all the way. If you want a high end boutique hotel with quiet beautiful views and 5* staff this place is perfect

Spent 5 days at La Torre suites and 2 days at their sister property Exclusive Villas. Both properties were outstanding, beautifully designed, cleanliness was of a very high standard and both properties had brilliant views. Breakfast was delivered each morning and had an excellent choice of everything you could wish for. Communication before our holiday with Katerina was excellent and we would like to mention Kyriakos for looking after us and booking restaurants/taxis and ensuring we had the best holiday. We would highly recommend booking with White & Co and hopefully one day we will return. Ian & Jayne Johnson.

After changing more 8 hotels in Santorini, I can confidently say that this hotel is fabulous. They provide customer service that you wont find anywhere in Santorini. Its 10000/10. Don't hesitate in choosing this property. The breakfast is very fresh unlike most hotels in Oia where they give you only boxed juice and a boiled egg. Its definitely worth the money.

We had the most amazing week at White & Co Villas in Pyrgos. We were a couple and two teenage girls and the villa we stayed in was perfect. Very spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully designed with an outdoor space and sunset views to die for. We deliberately chose Pyrgos as it's in the middle of the island, quieter than the main towns and easy to get to everywhere. The staff here are what really make White & Co Villas so special - they could not do enough for us. They organised everything from excursions to ice cubes, a la carte food from their private chef menu, taxis.... I could go on. I can't wait to go back. 5 stars all round!

Both Receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great and will return. Jacuzzi could use more heat was my only issue.

This place was absolutely gorgeous - very private. Recommend getting a villa with your own pool. It makes all the difference. We were completely walled off and we overlooked the hillside. The rooms and furniture were new and well maintained. You definitely felt pampered. The service was beyond exemplary. There is no on site kitchen but they bring in food from a partner kitchen. Breakfast was unbelievable and basically anything you want was on the menu. Similarly we dined in a few evenings and the food would arrive within 30-40 minutes with all the bells and whistles. The gents who run this place would be on call anytime. They organizes trips/massages whatever you needed. Loved the location. Away from Fira and Oia. We much preferred that as those areas are so busy and so touristy. We were a 15 min drive away from the main areas. We were at the foot of a small village which was a 5-7 min walk to with many restaurants etc. The place is definitely high end. Except the TV and channels which were lofi but who cares. You don’t rent this place for netflix.

We stayed in White & Co. la Torre, and it was absolutely wonderful. Incredible view, everything brand new, and super comfortable. The breakfast at the terrace was a dream! And Katerina with Genti made our stay absolutely great. The atention to detail of Genti made the place like a 7-star hotel..We followed their list of reccomended restaurants and they were all great!.Strongly reccomend this place in San Torini!

Katerina welcomed us in the square and our luggage was taken to the hotel. After a few minutes walk through the pituresque sreets of Pyrgos we arrived at the hotel. After being offered cold drinks and tasty snacks we were given a very comprehensive introduction to Pyrgos and the rest of the island. We were staying in the 2 bedroomed villa which was absolutely stunning with amazing views and beautifully presented. Breakfast was ordered a day in advance , the choice was very comprehensive and was served the following morning on our terrace and it was delicious. I cannot recommend this hotel enough , everyone was extremely friendly and effecient. The only dissapointing thing about our visit was the recommendation of the Rosemary restaraunt which is very close by. Although it has good views (no better than you have from your room) the food was extremely dissapointing and expensive.
