The location near the park with perfect spot on sunset only around 5 minutes walk. From the villa we can see the sunrise since we have a balcon. The bed was okay for us since we are not big sizes, but if you think you are.. need to be considered..it is only suitable for one person in big sizes I think.. and the toilet is very small.

Good view with two balconies. You can enjoy the sunset and the sunrise from those balconies. You can take local bus, ktel from the airport to city center . If you can walk for 20mins, you can walk, especially the cliff side walk is worth enjoying. You can enjoy cliff side view, sunset or three bells during the walk to the hotel.

There were frequent earthquakes in the Santorini waters two weeks before check-in, and the media reported that most of the locals had left. I asked the travel agency to contact the hotel to negotiate a cancellation or change of check-in date, but the hotel refused both requests. I explained again that the ferry to the island and the flight to the island were cancelled and I couldn't go there at all, but the hotel still refused. My reservation was non-cancellable, so the hotel's refusal was understandable. However, several non-cancellable reservations I had in Crete were cancelled for free after I explained that it was because of the Santorini earthquake. In comparison, this hotel was unkind, especially when I asked to postpone it to the off-season.

It can be difficult to get around without a rental car. You have to climb a 45 degree hill. It was so hot in the summer that I almost died. I thought I could just walk by looking at Google Maps.
Compared to the general unfriendly nature of Greeks, the owner is friendly.
He kept asking if I could book a taxi for him and if it was okay.
The accommodation is small, but it feels like Santorini.
It has a sea view, but it is on the opposite side of the sea, not the village, so I was a little disappointed.

This small hotel is certainly good value and the hosts are helpful. The view from our balcony was to the east but you are right by the main path that goes along the crater rim. Although the room was basic it had everything we wanted, a kettle, cups, plates, cutlery and glasses. It was spotlessly clean and the sheets were changed during the middle of our week’s stay. Even though the hotel is so near the busy thoroughfare our room was very quiet. Breakfast was provided every morning- it was HUGE!
