Nikolaos is an amazing manager. He helped us with booking a car and places to see/ eat (not touristy). The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the pool refreshing

Wouldn’t recommend!
Hygiene not good..Stayed with family and one by one all my family members started to get sick.. stomach aches .. fever etc.
Lizards wandering around in corridors.. even around pools..
Bed uncomfortable.. springs picking out and been hurting my back.
Breakfast space not air conditioned .. no toasters .. hard and cold pieces of bread.
No internet in rooms can you imagine?
The loft room for kids .. no AC working we had to squeeze younger two on our bed downstairs and the oldest one couldn’t sleep properly at night.
No parking.. just park outside on side of road.
Very bad experience with family!!
Things are broken.drawers and window lock don’t work properly.
Tap water is so salty and dirty you can’t rinse .. can’t brush , wash your face.and yes lots of Antsss!

We have stayed for a week in this very nice hotel from 2nd of June till 9th of June 2023. A very warm welcome from Kostas and his team. This family run hotel is situated near Kolombos beach, a quieter side of Santorini. The property is very beautiful, very clean and has a nice pool. Rooms are super tidy and cleaned every day, tasty breakfast and You can relax properly here. Kostas and his team were suoer friendly, helpful and they look after their guests like nowhere else! We highly recommend this superb hotel and give a 5 star! Many thanks for hosting us, we have enjoyed our stay 😀

Good and quiet place to have rest and good time. The swimming pool is amazing. Kostas is very welcoming person and all the time available for us. He s organize easy tranfer to Oia. Few minutes from the beach. Good breakfast and you can also have a lunch!

We spent 3 nights in Soulis apt. The location is perfect to reach Oia easily and also the Columbus’s beach that is in front of Soulis apt is a real hidden perl. The manager Kostas and his team is making your stay the best: they are always available to address any needs you might have. Soulis apt is a good quality/prize option in the very expensive Oia.

Well-located hotel, but some areas for improvement. The room was less than clean, especially the bathroom and balcony (cigarette butts and glasses were lying around). Breakfast was quite limited. The staff could be more welcoming—a simple hello would make a difference (except for the long-haired receptionist). There is also a lot of road noise.
