Andronis Concept Wellness Resort

My husband and I spent four days and three nights at the Andronis Concept hotel. We were celebrating his birthday and our 20th wedding anniversary. Let me begin by saying that Zoe greeted us when we arrived and was extremely helpful our entire trip. All staff were friendly and helpful but Zoe went above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and our hotel room had a private pool with a beautiful view. We could not ask for more. Also, we were to able to walk to Fira and Oia as their were walking trails close to the hotel. If you are thinking about staying here, do not hesitant. We hope to return in the future.

I first visited Andronis Concept with my former boyfriend two years ago, and from the moment we arrived, I felt like I had stepped into paradise. I've stayed at many 5-star hotels throughout my life, but this one is truly in a league of its own. I first thought I was being so enthusiastic about this place because of our trip together, but I quickly realized it wasn't about that but about the place, Andronis Concept itself. I came back on a couple of solo trips for work for my lifestyle company, and the experience only gets better. Andronis concept approach to customer hospitality is beyond what you are used to in Greece. The service is impeccable, the staff are warm, and the rooms will blow your mind. The breakfast area, with its breathtaking views, makes every morning feel like waking up in heaven, you will feel all the feels! The spa? Another level entirely. You’ll feel as if you’ve left the island and been transported to cloud nine for a few magical hours honestly. Not to mention the peace and quiet all around. The reception staff are always ready to assist with a smile and great mood! I’ve been fortunate enough to experience other Andronis hotels, and their commitment to exceptional customer hospitality shines throughout the entire group really!

My stay at Andronis Concept was exceptional. The staff’s warm welcome and attention to detail made a great first impression. The room was immaculate, comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and offered stunning view. I enjoyed our private pool and the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The location was perfect—peaceful. What stood out most was the outstanding service; every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I highly recommend Andronis Concept and look forward to returning.

An unforgettable experience at Andronis Concept. Amazing rooms and outstanding service! I have travelled a lot in luxury 5star hotels around the world but have never ever experienced a service like this. The kindest staff ever, with unbelievable 24hrs service and always with a smile and willing to help no matter what. And the views from the room, to die for. Thank you ever so much. We will be back!

As we (my wife and I) arrived at our hotel in Santorini (Andronis Concept Wellness Resort) - I’m going to put this out there right now - the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I am a Lifetime Platinum member at a leading hotel chain and have been traveling for my career for almost 20 years, and the Andronis Concept is by far the best! We had mentioned to our trip planner that we wanted to spend the most time in Santorini and also be able to enjoy the hotel as a relaxing end to our vacation and it was beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived for check-in, they immediately took our bags and sat us down on comfortable chairs with a Sangria before beginning the check-in process. This truly felt like hospitality at its finest and made us feel like true family guests and not just hotel customers. This hotel had a massive infinity pool, a heated pool under a cave, and our room had its own private heated infinity pool for ourselves with a postcard view of the caldera! I could not have imagined a better stay and relaxing end to our 10-day trip to Greece. This by far was the best part of our trip - each morning waking up to a billion dollar view and each night watching the glorious Santorini sunset from the privacy of our balcony and pool. We did go out and enjoy two excursions - one being the hike from Fira to Oia which we did one morning - (quick fact - there are a couple other Andronis properties in Oia, so we were able to take advantage of our included breakfast in those sister properties when we reached Oia which was nice). I could not picture a more opulent, satisfying, and memorable stay - from poolside cocktails and bbq, to the incredible Throubi restaurant, and service each day, everything was the definition of premium and quality.

This hotel is beyond beautiful. Every inch of the property is photo worthy but the view is unbelievable! The service was impeccable from everyone but especially our concierge Eva. Eva made our experience so seamless and easy and was so helpful in every way. I do wish there was more traditional Greek food in the restaurant but otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. ❤️
