I managed to get through the next four days without any issues. The problem arose during my final checkout. While trying to pay with my credit card, I pulled it out of my wallet and dropped it on the table. An employee picked it up and, without returning it to me, processed the payment himself. He then motioned to a colleague next to him to enter my credit card number into the computer. I don't know if he entered it in a notepad or in Word or Excel. I immediately questioned why my credit card number was being recorded separately. The payment had already been completed and a receipt was provided. I also confirmed that the hotel management program had automatically entered my credit card number in the format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234. This meant I didn't need to manually enter my credit card number. However, they kept repeating that this was the normal procedure, so I asked to speak to their manager. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the manager arrived and only asked, "Do you speak English?" and "Our hotel is a luxury hotel like the Four Seasons, Hilton, or Marriott." He didn't explain whether it was normal for employees to manually enter a guest's credit card number during a payment. No, the manager didn't even mention the employees' behavior. I explained to him that all the hotels he mentioned were hotels I'd used during my travels, and that this had never happened at any of them. When I used the credit card terminal to pay, the program they mentioned automatically entered my credit card number as an X for the first 12 digits and a number for the last four. However, when I questioned the employees about their unnecessary practice of manually entering my credit card number, they gave me a series of irrelevant answers. They simply reiterated that the hotel they worked at was excellent and that there was no need to worry. I asked other customers whether this was a formal procedure and whether they also wrote down their credit card numbers after payment, but I received no response. This raises concerns about potential problems, as it's unclear whether they wrote down only the 16-digit credit card number or whether they also included the expiration date and CVC number.

The room is large, the staff is nice, the breakfast is good. The hotel restaurant is also delicious
