Expensive pants that were worn on the same morning went missing. Aries was helpful and tried to help, lady in the front was rude and made it look like we're lying.
We did not feel safe and we had to take our stuff in backpacks when we went out.
Clean rooms, Aries was very kind and respectful.

Receptionist lady was very cheerful, knowledgeable n helpful. Hotel is 20 mins away from town ,quite n near bus stops n delicious bakery n supermarket nearby. Very convenient n I highly recommend this hotel to ppl.

The room was spotless clean. The people in the front desk was really friendly and accommodating. They cleaned our room almost daily. Fresh towels and all. The location is perfect, cafe and restaurants nearby. 15-20 mins walk to Fira which I honestly didn’t mind since the hotel was really great. And it has a pool. Stay was pretty amazing.

Exceptional experience for my family and my friends who get married in Santorini. Rooms and hotel area very clean. Breakfast 😋 delicious. Very close to restaurants, bus stop and Fira centre. All our group was treated as VIP. Outstanding customer service and hospitality. When I get poorly owners looked after me and sorted all medication free of charge. I would highly recommend hotel to anyone planning to visit Santorini

Probably the best location in Santorini to stay, center of everything, close to everything. Hotel is decent for the price, but there are some serious minuses, like warm water in the shower, you need to wait for few minutes to get warm (not hot) water, which is semi-salty (like in most other hotels tbh). Cleaning ladies are not cleaning the bathrooms properly, very disappointing. Staff is friendly, breakfast very good. Considering the price range, it is still a good choice despite the minuses…

Walls and doors were very thin and there was zero noise cancellation, making it very hard to sleep at night. Even heard the next room’s cell phone alarm as if it were my own. Lots of young disruptive guests that caused a lot noise and door slamming at all hours of the day and night. Also, construction was being done during the day and evening making it difficult to rest. Lots of humidity in the room as well which caused it to smell very strongly. Small cramped bathroom, toilet was raised uncomfortably high and faucet was very high causing me to hit my forehead when washing my face. However, close to town and room was generally clean and tidy.

We stayed at this hotel in July for a week. The property is quite new and has a clean and pleasant swimming pool. The rooms are large and generally equipped with a private balcony with drying rack, table and chairs, television (with Netflix included), bathroom with shower, small safe and mini fridge. The cleaning is quite satisfactory and is carried out daily, along with the change of towels. The buffet breakfast, which was included in our offer, is decent ... but I recommend taking it out if you have to pay for it separately. The location, in Karterados, is very convenient (15 minutes walk from Fira or a few minutes by bus from the bus stop located about 200 meters from the hotel) and the costs are low. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, recommended.

Hôtel familial sans aucune grande pretansion, mais très propre et bien équipé. Idéalement situé à 15 min à pied du centre de Fira, arrêt de bus à proximité, petit market, et pas de restaurants autour dont un à ne pas manquer (Katherina's Tavern) chambre très propre spacieuse, une salle de bain très correcte avec une grande douche, produits toilette, ménage, chambre faite tous les jours, linge de bain changé tous les jours. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux, mais identique tous les jours, une piscine non chauffée que l'on doit pouvoir utiliser facilement l'été.
