We ate at Exaltis and it was amazing!.. the friendly staff were very welcoming. The scorpion fish was my favourite. Abel was so knowledgeable on the food and wine choices and went out of his way to ensure my wife and I had a special evening. Whenever we return to Santorini, Exaltis will be our first stop. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to them for making our trip (honeymoon) extra magical. We loved the room and the amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was in a quieter area, which we preferred. Thank you for arranging the special meal on our terrace/balcony, we completely appreciate that due to the weather it had to change day, this was definitely the right decision and made for our final night at the hotel extra special. Especially the service, which was amazing! Recommendations from staff and assistance with bookings was incredible! We would definitely recommend, but we will aim to visit in the warmer months in future :) Thanks to everyone in the team!

Beautiful setting, good food, excellent wines. We were the only people at the restaurant on a breezy evening which was understandable. Our server was highly attentive and good company. A very pleasant evening.

Beautiful hotel with stunning far reaching views. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff, special shout out to Mary and Abel. Lovely rooms but missing a full length mirror. Fabulous food and wine. Cocktails were no frills, would have been nice to have been served with olives/ nuts. Steep uneven road leading from hotel to main road, less able guests beware. Tea drinkers take note no kettle in rooms just coffee maker……so lukewarm cuppa! If it’s a calm, peaceful chilled out holiday you’re after this is the place to stay

The restaurant is amazing and the food is straight up delicious 🤤 We have enjoyed the local wine selections and great meze as well. The dishes are served beautifully and it was a real pleasure to dine here. Definitely coming back

Wow! What a wonderful place! The suites, the food, the drinks the serene ambience, the spa treatments and the service… just wow. A special thank you to Mary and Abel for making our stay 6*. It was a perfect few days with no room for improvement whatsoever! We stayed in the Terra suite and had the sun on our pool and terrace until around 5pm. There were alternative sunbeds available for those who perhaps did not get sun all day but we had no issue. I had read previously about the North Winds making the evenings cold… I packed light jackets but to be honest they were not needed. The suites provide blankets in the restaurant if required and also have heaters. Out and about and after sunset it may be advisable if sitting still but we did not use ours. We thoroughly enjoyed the Music under the Stars dining event as well as the Tasting Menu at Exaltis. The wine pairing was informative and delicious. We also visited Franco’s Cafe to watch the beautiful sunset - the drinks and food here were brilliant! Request a front row table and it will not disappoint. Pyrgos is quiet and relaxing and is a lovely place to explore. Carpe Diem is truly stunning!
