The environment is very good and suitable for taking pictures. The service is very poor and completely substandard:
Staying in a sea-view room, the air-conditioning is broken, and the wifi is broken. The waiter didn't want to solve it at all, saying that you will check out tomorrow at 11:30AM is the latest check-out time. Is it just one night for me? After the complaint feedback, I started to think of a solution to change a room. When I checked out, there was a bar (not consumed) and wanted to charge. The environment is good except that the hotel entrance car will cause dust (because other nearby buildings have not been fully built) Well, it's not their problem.)

The hotel is nicely located. Nice pool area and a pool bar with a bartender who did a very good job.
Though the personnel in the reception needs to step up their services. No sweet welcome, and the check in went so so slow. The lady had just woken up and was not smiling when coming to the front desk. When I checked out I had to wait for the front desk staffs random conversation to be done. And when they where done the one guy just sat there… and suddenly said: “Oh sorry I just spaced out” 😂😂 just tragic.

Exterior looks good. Most of what is advertised on ******* is untrue. Hot tub is actually cold. There is nothing deluxe about the so-called Deluxe rooms. They are extremely basic. Shower is in the bathtub so extremely unsafe.
View from the hotel was good and it is away from the hustle & bustle of Kamari beach. However, there is a fairly steep climb from the town/beach to the hotel.

It’s on a hill so to go down to town, you will definitely get a warm workout, specially walking up the hill. It’s about 10 minutes to the beach/shops/bars/restaurants but if you want to be close to the beach, don’t stay here. The rooms were pretty basic too. I stayed here due to the view from the pool but it’s not as a nice view in person. Too pricey compare to others that were even in a better location. I wouldn’t stay here again.
