Very poor experience! This is not qualified to be classified as a homestay, how can it be classified as a hotel? The price of 1100 per night does not match the picture. Most importantly, the service is astonishingly poor! First of all, the hotel has to go down a lot of steps to get there. There are only three staff in this so-called hotel, Christy at the front desk, a man who seems to be able to move things, and an aunt who cleans. The front desk confidently said that they didn't go to the whole class, and no one was there after three o'clock, and no one helped carry the luggage up so many steps! And after three o'clock, the luggage cannot be left in the hotel, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk. I ask you are a hotel right? Should hotels provide luggage service? Christy at the front desk replied with a nasty attitude, you have already checked out at 11 o'clock (yes, I rushed you to checkout at 11 o'clock, because she is going to get off work), after that, you can do whatever you like, it has nothing to do with us. He also said that if you want to write a comment, just write it! Second, the hotel is very dilapidated, like a cave dwelling, there are no windows inside and it's stuffy! The sanitation is also very poor. I saw that the cleaner wiped the sheet on the sofa bed where we slept with his hands and cleaned it. The next guest will use the same sheet! The scenery is not as seen in the photos, the sea is blocked by the front wall. This place is highly not recommended! The attitude of the front desk also wishes them a prosperous business!

The hotel is close to the pier

Hotel which does not correspond at all to the information indicated and the photos on their website. The photos you will find are photos that were taken 6 years ago (say Zoé the receptionist), in the meantime the hotel closed and reopened with other owners, the hotel is totally degraded, mattresses recovery... the room was damp, smells bad, no curtains, no shutters and bathroom, the furniture very dusty. Poor service, when we arrived we had to wait outside until the room was ready and we were not served a glass of water. The Server is not friendly at all, kept completely unsuitable for the service, he serves lunch dressed as a gardener, and moreover takes breaks during breakfast. Breakfast is the same every day. We don't know where to dry our swimsuit or beach towels. No small outdoor table and chairs. No nightstand… Also there is no one in the hotel at reception from the afternoon. Above all, do not ask for the transfer to take your Ferry or plane to the hotel, from the flight, we were 20 m away and the bus left in front of us, because we were 3 minutes late and the hotel did not bring us the suitcases to the minibus in order to save time. No service. So this hotel is a scam. Above all, don't go there. Theft!

Unfortunately, the room was permanently dark because there was no real window. In front of the room there was a table, a sofa, 2 chairs. Everything in a broken condition. Unfortunately, the seating group was also in the dark behind the bushes. In the room there was high humidity (up to 80%). The dehumidifier ran day and night (!) with corresponding noises. On arrival I had to carry all my luggage the 150m including the stairs myself. No help, not even a hand truck. It was not possible to roll the suitcases on the cobblestones. On arrival there was no map with local directions and recommendations. We were on our own. Only 2 days later there was a card from a local rental company. The breakfast included counted for 4 people: 4 glasses of orange juice, 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of sausage, 4 boiled eggs, 4 times the same jam and bread. On request we received a second pot of coffee. The breakfast looked very careless in contrast to the photos on TripAdvisor. There were no shade-giving canvas sails (as you know them from the TripAdvisor photos). We sat in the blazing sun in the courtyard. There was no late checkout upon departure. Our suitcases were freely visible in the courtyard. We passed the time in the neighboring restaurant and were also allowed to use the toilet there. Contrary to the arrangement by the hotel, the shuttle was not prepared. It was only booked upon our request. When I left, I was allowed to carry my suitcases to the collection point myself. The manager of the accommodation at least allowed us to use the house hand truck this time. I recommend not booking this hotel! It made a run-down loveless impression on site. A helpless employee who left work around 4:00 p.m. What we experienced on site has nothing to do with the pictures here on TripAdvisor. For the price it's extremely annoying and outrageous.
