Good location overall, but a bit of a walk to get to the main area of Fira, and the road if you're walking is not that easy with kids. The showers were a bit dirty around the edges, and it was dirty underneath the patio tables when we moved them, a lot of dirt underneath. Otherwise, pool was excellent, rooms were very big and comfortable, food was good and the staff were excellent, especially the ladies at the front desk. Very helpful in pointing us in the right directions on where to go and what to see in Santorini. The bartenders were also very helpful and friendly, the gentlemen at breakfast were exceptionally good. The views from this hotel, especially from the pool area, are good.

Had pleasure of staying at Astro for 4 days. The team at residence were fantastic from moment we arrived until our stay ended. Provide excellent advice on places to visit and eat. Walking distance to Fira but also in peaceful location. Clean and airy hotel. Breakfast offering could be better, omelettes a bit too greasy, and very light on healthier options, could do with more fruit.

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈
The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋
The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide.

Location: Very good, 5 minutes walk from FIRA town, very convenient to go anywhere. You can watch the sunrise.
Service: The front desk is very welcoming, the room is large, but the breakfast is average.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. A few minutes walk from the center of Fira. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-kept like all the rooms. Abundant breakfast and excellent service. The staff were very kind, from the reception to the guys at the pool bar. I couldn't have made a better choice. Super recommended

Magnificent hotel, luxurious with welcoming and attentive staff, the breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The rooms are top notch, the pool is superb!
