We had a wonderful stay, Fira is not as busy as Oia. We enjoyed the view out from our room. Everything was perfect.

I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place.
I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs.
The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open.
I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in.
Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from.
On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful.
I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

This hotel was a genuine find. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with incredible hospitality. The entire staff was dedicated to making sure we had an amazing stay. The room was clean and beautiful, better than pics. Breakfast was served every morning on our balcony. The views from the balcony are stunning! So tempting to never leave the hotel. Perfect location for restaurants and shopping. 10 min walk to bus station. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights here (me & my daughter) in a 2 bedroom suite with a small plunge pool and jacuzzi. It was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in! The room was amazing, fabulous view, great location and impeccable service! The staff was so friendly and accommodating!! We would definitely come back!!

The team is very welcoming and accommodating. Terrific view of the Aegean sea ams fira caldera. Hearty breakfast with Di much variety to choose from. Manager is kind and allowed late check out at 12:00 to accommodate our flight. Overall highly recommend

Excellent location walking distance from everywhere. Be aware of the steps you will have to take. Not recommended for people with heart conditions or arthritis. Rooms are small but charming and people are extremely friendly. Breakfast delivered to the room.

This hotel is a total gem in the middle of Fira, Santorini. You would not be disappointed by staying there. Everything, from the check in to the hotel's private shef and everyone who works there was the top notch service. Hotel is very conveniently located super close to the bus station (€2 to most of the local destinations, or €35 taxi service). You also get to see the endless sunsets from the comfort of your own balcony (no need to go to Oia). Enjoy your stay at this wonderful hotel.

The suite is with the stunning view and nothing short of spectacular! Beautiful setting and room decors. High quality of amenties. But what stands out most is the hospitality and the kidness. Athena, the beautiful front desk manager, has gone beyond her job to offer her kindness. She has helped me with the suprise birthday for my partner. She, personally, has stayed up late to made sure that things would go as planned. Another lovely personel to remember is "Arji"- not sure about the spelling since its his nick name. He was super kind and always spent time to talk to explain to us about the weather, the best retaurants we should try...and just for a nice lovely chat every morning at the breakfast...All in all, it has been a fantastic stay. Thank you to Athena and the team at Nefeles Luxury Suites.
