酒店位置不錯，景觀很好，剛去的時候位置不太好找，多來回幾次就記住了。可以看到日出，距離看落日的地方也不遠。 可以電話聯繫前台，再加到前台的聯繫方式，提前預訂接送機，前台服務很好，入住和離開的時候都可以請前台叫一位porter搬行李。房間大小適中，還算乾淨。早餐種類挺多的，會送到房間。 總體來説是還不錯的選擇。

酒店位置一般，很容易迷路，石級非常多，服務一般，我們去碼頭訂車，酒店要七十歐元，事實上我們自己約車衹需45歐元，在伊亞看完日落後，找了很久才回到酒店。

チェックインを早めにさせてくれたのでとても良かったです。英語が拙い私にもゆっくり丁寧に説明してくれたので分かりやすかったです。部屋からの景色は最高でした。とても清潔だったし、バスローブもスリッパもあってありがたかったです。プールが温水だと思っていたので冷水で残念でした。部屋の説明のところに分かりやすく書いて欲しいです。少し残念だったのが、部屋に置いてある星のイルミネーション？の機材が電池が切れて使えませんでした。また、エアコンのリモコンが反応しませんでした。

酒店位於Oia 最美風景的位置，房間出面的水池更面向日落，風景如畫。房間內十分闊敞，洞穴房設計很特別，而且浴室窗打開可以看到海，原本是十分驚喜。 一開始就已經計劃在池邊欣賞日落。第二天早上一邊享受暖水浴，一邊欣賞海景。 可惜的是暖水池的暖水恆溫系統壞了！7-13度的溫度下實在沒辦法在室外享受。雖然入住時已再三追問暖水提供情況，然而酒店一直未能解決，只請我地耐心等候，直至check out都依然未解決，十分失望😔 據我所知，鄰近數個房間亦同樣有向酒店提出相同意見。為了一個未能享用的暖水池多付了四成價錢（比沒暖水池的房間），只多收到一句抱歉，實在十分無奈🥲 最後check out 時請職員為我們搬一件行李離開到巴士站時（有另付費），先生因要折返酒店找回失物，叫我先跟職員到巴士站，職員得知先生已折返，竟然立即在路中途放下行李，著我自行搬到階梯下的巴士站，就轉身離開😡 可能我習慣了其他酒店的服務，認為交房給客人前檢查清楚，遇到問題盡力及盡快派自己職員視察問題，嘗試解決或提供替代方案是基本☹️ 似乎此酒店享有優越地理位置，已無憂。想欣賞風景，是很不錯；想享受服務，真的未能令我十分失望😞

房間很好，門口有對海的小陽台（這邊的酒店房幾乎都有），室內有小泳池，可以在房間呆一整天。早餐是提前一天選定，早上有人送到房間，食物選擇很多，如果有選擇困難，職員很樂意做推薦。
