Very beautiful sunrise, right in front of the hotel room. Location is satisfactory, 10-15min walk to the bus station and centre, walking with luggages may be difficult with slopes. Suggest taking a taxi to the hotel if travel with kids or big luggages. Otherwise it's a clean and basic room with this price.

Great bang for your buck. Hotel staff was very helpful. Would come back again.

It was a perfect stay. The room was super clean and cosy, especially for the bathroom. It was so comfortable to take a shower. The hotel also has a wonderful pool with a nice view. Breakfast was awesome as well. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is a bit outside Fira but still in walking distance! We booked a junior suite with sea view and it was worth it! From the balcony we could see the sunrise! The pool area is very nice and there are big poolbeds.The breakfast however isn’t a big deal but ok!

The room is big and the hotel is in a great location. It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the town bus station. Although it is a bit dark at night, it is very safe. The hotel can see the Aegean Sea and the house is very beautiful. The only drawback is that there is no kettle.

Finally, we stayed in another hotel next door, but the room type was the same. I guess it was their routine. The swimming pool was not very clean, but the room was large and suitable for vacation.

I booked Blue Suites, when I arrived at the reception we were made to wait a long time, when we were attended to, I was with my daughter, they informed that the air conditioning was broken and that we would stay at the neighboring hotel Fira Blue Horizon, which belonged to their family, they informed that We could use the pool and have breakfast at the hotel, detail, I am undergoing treatment for post foot surgery and using crutches, they made me walk to the other hotel, 3 minutes walk, in the heat, when we arrived in the room there was no hair dryer, I asked for two single beds they gave us a room with a double bed, we complained about the breakfast of suits that go to the other hotel and the Fire Blue Horizon so we provided breakfast there, I don't have anything complain about the hotel we stayed in because the staff were very friendly, attentive, everything we needed was provided, our flight was at night, we checked in and they let us stay there using the pool, then they offered us a place to take a hot shower. But unfortunately, the hotel I booked that was advertised had a beautiful view, with a room partially overlooking the sea, we didn't have. The person who served us at the hotel we booked was not friendly at all. So for me the hotel was terrible because I didn't use it at all and I paid to stay there. Not to belittle the other, but they should have informed us beforehand and accepted the cancellation because I could have chosen another one for the same amount I paid. So I leave here the wonderful photos I took of the other hotel But the room left a little to be desired as there was no hairdryer, the shower holder was broken, we had to hold the shower to take a shower, there was a stain on the bedspread, when we entered the room there was a glass of water on top of the shower. Freezer. I know we weren't the only ones who booked it and they sent it to another hotel because at the reception they did this with more people because we witnessed it. We arrived tired at 8:00 pm, we even complained, but they didn't even care, they saw that we didn't like it and still they didn't do anything, they didn't even give us any excuses.

The facilities are very old, extremely cold, breakfast was a hard-boiled egg, ham and cheese. Coffee and watered-down orange juice. I had breakfast outside because the hotel was a disgrace. The waitress was always mean. I will return to Santorini, but to another hotel.

Even though the hotel is in Fira, it is not that close to the center, about 15 minutes walking, all uphill. The hotel facade is very nice, but our room was very old, nothing like what you see in the photos, the shower was terrible. All the towels were stained The worst of all was the breakfast: Bread, egg, ham and cheese. If it runs out they don't replenish it, the coffee was cold and the orange juice was horrible. In the end my girlfriend and I ended up food poisoned and unable to enjoy our last day in Santorini. TERRIBLE!

I stayed at this hotel on my last day. The front yard was nice, but after checking in, they took me to another hotel. They said it was from a company and close to the bus station, but it was different from what I booked. There was no swimming pool, just some rooms in a building. I didn't mind it since I was only staying for one day. Overall, Ctrip's service was very good and they actively solved any problems. Santorini is not very good here
