The location is extremely nice. It’s located 100m from the main street and it has the most beautiful beaches near it. It’s has a coffee shop over the steeet and also a bus stop. It has a big and always clean pool and it’s very quiet. Perfect place to relax as it’s not crowded at all. Rooms are cleaned every day, you have AC, wi-fi,tv and the staff is very friendly.

We stayed 8 nights in this apartment from August 20 to 28, 2023 and we were totally dissatisfied with the welcome and the accommodation conditions. I will spare you the icy welcome from the boss and his son throughout the stay, who take tourists for euros on legs and who are in fact sellers of sleep for tourists. They are almost never on site. Bedbugs had invaded the room and we stayed in unbearable conditions for a week. We strongly advise you not to come to this establishment. The response from the establishment on *********** because we had booked through *********** was that we brought the bedbugs back to the room so we got stung the night we arrived in the room. So, wrong answer. We do not recommend this establishment!

Clean, with a pool also clean, but a bit far from Fira and Oia. But if you have a car then everything is nearby. Minus I will put in the little kiosk that is there, which is usually closed and when we asked for some ice, they just didn't have enough for us. Also, for four people the room was small with only a small closet for everyone. But it has a parking lot. And relative silence. All good.

We stayed in apartment number 10 which is located by the pool. Excellent cleanliness, equipped with everything, helpful staff. The room is made up every day (even on Sundays). There is the possibility of booking transfers and excursions through reception; 10 minute walk from the beach which can also be reached by bus at a cost of €1.60. The only flaw is the small quadruple room, 1 wardrobe and 2 double beds with kitchenette. Overall, an excellent solution and one of the best seaside locations on the island.
