Incredible experience! The hotel is beautiful, the view is spectacular the view of Skaros Rock was amazing!and the staff are exceptional. We spent 5 nights at Whitedeck. The service was very good from the guy who carried our bags up and down the hundreds of steps to the reception team who were really kind.Thank you for making our vacation so special. Highly recommend it!!!!

Beautiful views, especially for sunset, from every private deck, lovely rooms, and wonderful hospitality from all of the staff in a peaceful, crowd-free neighborhood that’s close to the walking to both Fira and Oia.

A cave hotel whose courtyard opens right to the Thiera to Oia footpath. A bit older than a lot of the area accommodations - probably a 3 star. Staff was friendly, all clean, daily maid service, good WiFi, amazing caldera sunset views. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes, a small grocery (host your own sunset watching at greatly reduced cost!), and the public bus service. 5 minute walk to the Sunbird Agency, a meeting spot for many local tours. We had our own refrigerator, covered deck, kitchenette. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Delivered to you the choices were light, heavy on carbs and light on protein, and portions were small. All around, we had a nice stay.

We really enjoyed staying in the Cave room. It was nice and cool without the need for Aircon. The staff were very pleasent, helpful and gave lots of restaurant ideas above and beyond helpful :). Breakfast options were very nice and the views were fantastic. The location is away from the hustle and bustle and you can still easily walk to anywhere you need.

Fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel in one of the best locations in Santorini with a magnificent view of the caldera. The staff were very kind and very available to give advice on the area but also to help us carry the suitcases to the room (considering the many stairs) and also to return to the square from where we took the taxi. Clean room with towels changed every day. Breakfast served directly in the room (or inside or outside) with the possibility to choose the type of dishes at check-in. Imerovigli is a truly peaceful and quiet area if you are looking for a stay of calm and relaxation. The only time it is filled with people is during the golden hour when people arrive from all over Santorini fighting for a front row seat to watch the sunset. Being able to see it directly from your balcony in a privileged position is truly the best and you can't ask for anything better! Many rooms also have a private outdoor yacuzzi, ours instead had a very nice sun terrace in an elevated position compared to the others.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It was a great advantage to have such a clear view of the Caldera from our room. The room was generally clean. Hotel staff were very attentive, breakfast was satisfying although not very diverse. If you are getting a honeymoon suite, ask the hotel for room 101 if possible. The view you will watch from the bathtub and terrace is worth every penny you pay.

We had booked a junior suite. This room only has the name. It is small, there is very little space to store your belongings … the view is not what you see in the photos of the hotel either. There are two large air conditioners that obscure the view of the volcano and if you want to see the sunset you have to move forward a little on your deck chair and there, you find yourself next to the neighbors and in the passage of those who go up in the upper rooms. In short, the photos are a bit misleading, they correspond more to more upscale rooms. We have however paid almost 1300€ for 5 nights!!!! Opinions praised the quality of the breakfast: certainly the orange juice is in a hurry, apart from that, bread, jam, pastries are industrial, low-end tea and nescafe for coffee: nothing to jump out at! Transport to get to the hotel is offered at 30€ on the hotel website, it is wrong, now it is 40€ plus taxes???? 2,50€???? And we ask to pay in cash…. Here then… !!!!!! We saw very well placed hotels, moreover with swimming pool which is appreciable from June for the same price… we regret our choice. The value for money is not there! To end on a positive note, the rooms are very clean and the staff very smiling and friendly.
