Modernity Suites

Vladimir is very kind and help carry my big luggage. Location is right in center of Fira. The room is large and nice, facing a great view. Breakfast is tasty and brought to room every morning with various choices. I have waited many years to come to Santorini and this is more than I expected. Strongly recommended.

Excellent location and views. Excellent option for an excellent view and right in the heart of town. There were three of us and we had one of the larger rooms as pictured on the site. Modern boutique style which I like. Vladimir was very friendly and helpful. Concierge is not on site all day if that is something you desire (we didn’t care and our texts were always acknowledged and assistance was provided when needed). There are STEEP steps as expected so caution to people who can’t handle that. The breakfast was a la carte and you had to order the day before. I felt the options were good. This was my third time in Santorini. I recommend this boutique style hotel.

Vladimir and Peter are amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful view of Santorini and the volcano. The rooms are spectacular and cozy and gives you a feel of how its like to live in Santorini. The breakfast they offer is very great and tasty. I high oh recommend this establishment to anyone.

Location is superb, right in the heart of Fira, so many shopping around and just 2 mins walk to the Main Street. The only down side of the property is so much narrow stairs up and down makes it hard to move big suitcases. Ada who was our contact person during the stay was gorgeous, she took care of us even before we arrived. She sent us a lot of good info about car rental, activities to book, dining places, and arranged transportation from the port for us. Breakfast menu has a large variety of choices and we loved it being served till 11am. The room is lovely, spotless clean and our plunge pool faces to the caldera which was a bonus for enjoying the ocean and sunset. During the night even it is in the center of Fira, it’s so quiet probably due to their building construction. We rented a small car for 2 days which I recommend to do so as it made our life easier to get around between Fira, Oia, and the beaches. Parking is sketchy though, we parked at the lot across the McDonald’s which was suggested by Ada but that parking lot is popular and people kinda park “very freestyle”, glad that we had a small car. Overall we enjoyed our stay so much, we definitely will come back.

The property was a unique cave with all modern facilities. Hot tub. The most exceptional views and fabulous staff who cannot do enough. Breakfast was delivered to room every day by very helpful male staff member, sorry can't remember his name.
