The alley leading to the hotel is either up or down the slope, so the hotel should let the guests know there is porter service to carry the bags to the reception.
We booked a taxi service at the reception to go the port but not sure why the taxi driver put us near and made us walked with our 3 luggages to the port which is about 5 mins aways.
if the destination is the port, we should be drop at the port and not near the port. The taxi driver is forever rushing for time and i think it is a bad experience, Nano Suite pls do not book this taxi driver for your guests.. The people or the companies that you work with reflects on your image. thank you.
Other than that, all was good and fine for us.

The breakfast was delicious. We had a great time in a place with a nice view. The staff were very nice and helpful. The nearby restaurants were also great.

We were given a very warm welcome and would like to thank you again for that.
We spent 3 nights in the Superior Cave Suit.
We had a great time there, and we really liked the breakfast.
One thing we didn't like was the temperature of the pool. Despite the temperature being almost 28-30 degrees, it was uncomfortably cold for us. Nevertheless, the stay was great all in all.

The hotel environment is already a scenic spot. My room No. 5 has a small swimming pool, which is very good for playing with my daughter. The bed frame is made of concrete, which is very stable.
Breakfast is included in the hotel. There are many delicious styles and fresh styles, which are great value.

The stay was overall amazing and worth for the money we paid. Excellent service from Ali and Meggy the receptionist. Have to mention about the breakfast. It was exceptional. We loved everything about it. And also special mention about the jacuzzi... It was wonderful.
